  My husband and I took our family to Disney World for a week vacation. This house worked great for all of us. We have 2 married kids and 6 grandkids. We had enough room in the house for our own personal room and could still hang out together in the family room, kitchen or by the pool if we wanted. We were close to the theme parks, grocery store or about anything you would need. I would recommend this house for a family to stay in.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My Family and I loved your house! This is a great home for people traveling with children. Beautiful house with everything you can possibly think of, my son loved the game room and pool! JoAnne was very helpful with directing us from the airport to the house. The house is just 10 minutes away from all disney theme parks. The house is on one level so it is nice for traveling with toddlers. No stairs! It was very affordable and the interior decorating was gorgeous! The childrens rooms were absoutely adorable and the master bedroom was stunning! I give this house a A++. We will be staying at this house again on our next trip! Thank you Ken

  Can't say enough about how much my family enjoyed vacationing at this home. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we could possible want to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens provided for our use. If not at Disney my family spent all their time in or near the pool, which was well cared for. There was plenty of outdoor furniture to accomodate our family of 13. The location so close to Disney, shopping, restaurants, and other attractions was very convenient. If your looking for a home away from home I highly recommend this one.

  My family had the pleasure of staying at the Kokomo for a spring break vacation. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The pool was clean and warm. We had 4 teenagers and 2 children who did not have time to get "bored", thanks in part to the wonderfully furnished game room and computer connection. The location could not be better. Formosa Gardens is a beautifully maintained community right outside of the DisneyWorld complex. The next time we visit Orlando, we will definitely try to stay again at the Kokomo! Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home.

  My family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Kokomo house for five nights in March and enjoyed the house immensely. The pool was perfect for all six of us and our little one year old grandson as it was extremely clean and warm. The house and outdoor lanai was perfect and large enough to handle our family gatherings for evening meals as it became the central hang out for the entire group - most of them were staying at The Swan/Dolphin resort near Epcot. Just a 15 minute drive to and from their hotel made it ideal for them to come over each night. The bedrooms were great - all the beds were very comfortable and the amenities and location were ideal for our vacation in Orlando. The gated community gave us a very secure feeling and the ease of getting around the area was a big plus. The other neat thing about the house was the near by Formosa Gardens shopping area (only a mile away) - we took advantage of a great Giordano's restaurant for some delicious carry-out and the Winn Dixie had everything we needed to stock the house with food and refreshments. I highly recommend The Kokomo for anyone needing a great house in Orlando. Thanks, JoAnne, for being so easy to work with and also for getting the crib into the house for our little guy - he had a great time as we all did.

  "I can't tell you how PLEASED we were with the house. It was MORE BEAUTIFUL than we expected! If we could afford it, we would be there at the exact home every year. I wish I could have picked it up and taken it back to Texas with me. Who was the decorator? Please give them 10 STARS !!! I know I sound goofey, but it was everything I wanted and more.   My family and I stayed at The Kokomo for a 5 day vacation. It was wonderful! Everything was clean and updated. The bedrooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The gameroom was well maintained with everything children could want to keep themselves entertained. The location was perfect, 5 minutes to the Magic Kingdom. The area was nice and secure.
