This 1200 foot Condo is an end unit on the third floor in building A. There is no elevator in this building. No smoking is allowed in this condo.
It features a living room dining room combo, Two bedrooms with connecting baths. One bath with shower and one bath with tub/shower combination. There are 3 screened in porches for lots room in the outdoors. This unit is also an end unit with lots of sunny rooms.
The beach is 2 minute walk from the condo.
Heron Pointe is a community that features two pools. One is indoor for year round swimming along with a Jacuzzi and sauna. In addition, there is an outdoor pool with sunning deck. BBQ area with picnic tables and gas grills are available.

Must be 25 or older to rent condo.
Monthly rental available for $600/month for October thur March, 2009. Deposit due at signing.

Deposits are returned with in 2 week less any damage. Monthly rentals include linens (weekly rentals must provide linens). $75.00 exit cleaning fee on all rentals.
