It’s superb location offers easy access to Hyannis Main St, the Mall, medical/hospital, shopping, restaurants, transportation, while enjoying this convenient sea front location that has amazing views of the sparking sea, boating, sail boarding with lots of natural wildlife activity. It’s a short paddle to Mill Pond, one of nature’s best Kayaking and Canoeing areas on the Cape.

With a 100’ long beach front location, Prince II provides the safe water access for children and adults, allowing for wading or swimming into and across the waterway. The waterfront location allows boating access to Lewis Bay, Nantucket Sound and beyond.
Hyannis Harbor is around the corner and minutes from the site. The sounds of the birds and wildlife and the rusting of trees responding to the cooling ocean breezes lets you know that you are in one of the best locations you could ever wish for. On a typical day one can see cormorants, diving osprey and kingfishers, majestic blue herons, occasional white swans and numerous ducks.

The existing 4 BR – 3 Bath home of approx. 2,400 sq.ft. has many attractive appointments including natural oak pegged hardwood floors, brick fireplace, ceiling fans in every room, white vertical paneling, accent wainscoting, Corian kitchen, washer and dryer, tiled baths and with a long covered ocean side porch for outdoor lounging. The upper level of the home offers a King size bed in the master bedroom with private bath and another bathroom for the other two bedrooms which have twin beds. A new foldaway bed is also available. The lower level has direct walk-out access via another brick patio to the oceanfront beach. It is designed with an open plan Living-Dining with large screen TV, Guest Bedroom with twin beds, Open Kitchen-Bar and full bath with Shower and Laundry Area.

The home is a perfect choice for family members to have an enjoyable oceanfront gathering.
The Upper Level: offers one level living with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths,Living Rm. with fireplace and large screen TV, Dining and newly updated Kitchen. The open plan is casual and informal with comfortable furnishings. This level has a brick patio, Bar-B-Q grills (Gas & Charcoal), a very large well landscaped rear yard that is continuous to the seawall with a few steps down to the beach and water access.
The Lower Level: has an open plan with additional Living Room with large screen TV, Kitchen-Bar, Full Bath, 4th. Guest Bedroom and Laundry Rm. This space is great for separate guest or family members with direct access to another brick patio and the ocean beach. Both levels have numerous outdoor chaise lounges and chairs for your pleasure as well as access to two Kayaks.
Protected boating, kayaking area has access to Hyannis Harbor. Good fishing area.

Dear Peter & Madeline, We loved the spot- lovely and tranquil. You'd never know that you were a minute away from crazy rt. 28!!! You both have made the house very comfortable for vacationers. My family stayed in this wonderful home and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to truly experience what Cape Cod is all about. The views from this waterfront home are incredible and are experienced throughout the entire house. The children loved playing in the water, the kayaks, fishing, and the swans / ducks who visited us each day. My wife and I loved sitting out on the lounge chairs soaking in the views - morning, noon and night. Having a nice backyard, on the waterfront was an added bonus as the children were able to play while we relaxed. The private island location was superb as you are close to all the entertainment and amenities but without the noise. I have been to Cape Cod countless times, and never realized such a sanctuary existed. Literally 5 minutes from all of the great restaurants, shops, grocery store, nightlife and family fun - but once you turn onto the private road, you are transported into your own paradise. The house was much larger than expected, and can comfortably sleep the amount of people advertised (and then some!) The kitchen is large and fully stocked with everything we needed and having the gas grill on the back patio was great. The living room with the huge sliding door to the backyard was very nice and let the ocean breezes and sounds fill the room - with the flat screen T.V. over the fireplace and that amazing view from the couch, I couldn't think of a better place to watch the baseball game. The unique wood floors, gleaming throughout the house added to the incredible character of the place. The furniture was very nice throughout, and very comfortable! There was an air conditioner in each bedroom, but we didn't need to turn them on thanks to the wonderful ocean breeze that fills the house. I have rented several vacation homes in Rhode Island, Maine, and Cape Cod none have been this nice, this updated, and this private. I will definitely will be coming back!

This is no ordinary rental home....You can tell by the immaculate upkeep and complete renovation. You have a private driveway, which would easily fit 6 cars. The landscaping is clean and tidy. You walk in the front door to look through a 8' wide glass slider overlooking the water. I can't say enough about the views from the dining room, kitchen, Den and Living Room. From the outside, the house appears small.....This is not so once you step inside. Not to mention the amazing finished walk out basement. It could be an apartment by it's self. It has a bedroom (with 2 beds), Living Room with another large LCD TV, full bathroom, wet bar, laundry and the walk out door opens up into a private courtyard overlooking the water with an outside shower (hot and cold water). The location of this house in West Yarmouth is perfect... You are close to any store you would need in Hyannis and halfway into a trip to P-town or Racepoint. Which I recommend to anyone!!! Racepoint on the national seashore is unique and my family looks forward to visiting every year. The owner was so nice and helpful, they suggested things for us to do with our two young daughters and places to eat. Plus they stocked the house with toys, kayaks, bikes and more for the children to use. Prince 2 was amazing and we look forward to renting again every year!

What a perfect home in a perfect spot. All the amenities expected and then some. It was comfortable, quiet, relaxful and meticulously maintained. We spent many enjoyable hours watching the wildlife and sea life as our backyard was, indeed, right on the water. We've rented vacation homes in several locations across the USA, some much larger and some more expensive. But I think this was the best experience we've had. I recommend it highly.

Just a note to tell you that our family enjoyed our stay at Prince II. It had everything anyone could want for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The ocean views and the two kayaks provide us with easy access to the Lewis Bay and Mill Creek waters, where we found many species of wildlife and nesting areas. The daily show of Osprey diving into the water for fish are certainly unforgetable. The home was very clean, neat and was well appointed with all the comforts of our own home. We look forward to coming back next year.
