The Bloomer Mansion is a three story, 18 room, ocean-front Victorian vacation rental home located in Seaview Washington; one mile to downtown Long Beach, WA and Ilwaco, WA. The Mansion has six wonderfully furnished bedrooms (5 queen and 1 king bed), all decorated with antiques from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Fold-out mattresses, a toddler bed and a crib are included.
The Bloomer Mansion has all the comforts of today, with the charm of years gone by. Guests are greeted by an 800 square foot elegant living room, still decorated with the original wallpaper from 1932, a 1904 grand concert piano, black marble fireplace, two seating areas with four sofas, beautiful antiques, 42” Flat Screen TV, and a large formal dining room that seats twelve.
For the chef in the family: a fully stocked country kitchen has everything needed to create a holiday feast.
For children 6 and under, the mansion has a play-den tucked beneath the winding stairway that is filled with toys. The Mansion also includes a crib, two highchairs, a 3-wheel jogging stroller, booster seats, bed-rail and toys for infants.
For older children, teens, and the young-at-heart, the mansion has two basement recreation rooms with pool, ping pong, foosball, and bumper pool tables. Downstairs also includes a dartboard, 50" Plasma HDTV, expanded cable, DVD player and an XBOX 360 Pro with the most popular games. We also stock the mansion with over 30 board games, 20 puzzles, an oversized doll house and much more.
A new 5 person Clearwater Spa with 86 fully adjustable jets is just below the large outdoor deck with stainless steel barbeque.
The Bloomer Mansion Estate includes 6 acres of shoreline pines, coastal dunes, and oceanfront property. The Seaview beach approach is only two blocks north, with driving access to 28 miles of pristine beach.

Year Purchased: 2004
Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals was founded in 2004 when the Bloomer Mansion changed owners. The Mansion had been an exclusive bed and breakfast for nearly 20 years, and in 2004 it was converted to a vacation rental. Over the next three years, it became the most popular rental on the peninsula, and Dave and Patsy were approached by other home owners to manage their properties. In 2008 t0 2009, Bloomer Estates Vacation rentals gradually expanded from one home to six of the finest homes on the Peninsula. Bloomer Estates manages only the highest quality homes, but at the same time, offers them at affordable rates.

Dave, with his wife Patsy, have been the Innkeepers and caretakers of Bloomer Mansion since 2004. Since expanding the vacation rental business in 2008 to include more homes, Dave has been in charge of running the overall business; including finances, reservations, billing, and working with owners and customers alike to insure the business runs smoothly. In Dave's words "It is quite exciting to build a new business and see both customers and homeowners so delighted with our service." Before taking over Bloomer Estates Dave was a teachers' assistant at Ilwaco High School.
Patsy Bryant
Head of Customer Care and Housekeeping
Patsy owns customer relations, reservations and works with the housekeeping staff to ensure our cleanliness ratings for all homes exceed customer expectations. She worked for 20 years as the Activity Director at an adult special needs center called Rocky Bay Health Care Facility. Dave later started working at the same facility, and it is at Rocky Bay where the two met. They later married and relocated to Long Beach, WA to work as Innkeepers at Bloomer Mansion and then later to run Bloomer Estates.
