Villa Captiva is located on the attractive and secure Indian Ridge development, 4 miles from Disney and 2 miles from shops, restaurants and many other amenities. You are so close to the Disney parks that you will be able to pop home for a swim and rest at lunch time! The house is decorated, equipped and furnished to a high standard and sits on a wide plot backing onto a woodland conservation area.
Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and two have twin beds. One twin has a Nickleodeon "Sponge Bob" theme that will delight the younger guest. The second lounge has a comfortable Queen pull out bed that sleeps two. The house has two full bathrooms and has been recently fully redecorated.
The south facing heated pool is fully screened and unusually large at 32'. On the spacious pool deck there are loungers and an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is an electric barbeque.We have recently added a hot tub! Great for relaxing in after a day in the parks!
The utility room is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The family lounge has a 34" TV with 100 channel cable and a Playstation2. All bedrooms enjoy cable TV too. The house is equipped with a High Chair and Crib (Cot).

We recently (Nov 2011) rented the above property for a weeks holiday. We found the property very clean and well appointed. During our stay the pool area caught the sun all day and is very secluded and peaceful as it backs onto the woods. If you wished to spend a night by the pool there is a bbq and the kitchen has every appliance you could wish for. Should you wish to eat out the house is ideally located just a short drive from many restaurants and eateries. It is also a short drive from all the Disney parks and many of the discount outlet malls. A great place to spend a wonderful week.

Had a superb week holiday in Occtober 2011 with the family and the kid's 2 friends. The villa was in a perfect location, so near to all the parks Dysney, Universal and all the others, a variety of restaurants and my personal favourite the shopping outlets.... The villa is very comfortabe and clean, well equipped and the pool was a hit with the kids & husband... The jacuzzi was a hit with me... Located in a quiet, safe & relaxed neighbourhood I would strongly recommend it especially to families with children. We loved it... Dear Owners....Thank you for having us and your restaurant tips came in very handy.
