We rented the loft for 3 months and it was a perfect rental. It's attractive, well-appointed, well-maintained, and exceptionally well located. The building is very clean and secure and the other residents are friendly and helpful. The work-out room is large, clean and has updated equipment.The listing and photos are quite accurate. We were able to walk everywhere for entertainment, good restaurants, and all the services we needed. It is very comfortable and functional. I would recommend this property without hesitation..

I have rented short term for business over 25 times and this was one of the best equipped. Location is perfect and I was working in Lakewood which took about 20 minutes tops. Came home everynight to great restaurants and entertainment. Walked to the Pepsi Centre for 2 Aves Games (use ticket horse and look for discount seats), also took in a Rockies Game and walked there as well. The owner (Jason) has already thought of everything, laundry detergent, soaps, lots of towels etc. I saved about $100 on all those little things alone. First class building, great balcony, top notch gym and all professional people in the building. Running and walking trails, Cherry Creek right at your door, 10 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping Mall or just walk the downtown core. Great experience, great owner - would book again if I ever need to.
