That means you have a private pool that you share with just a few neighbors, 2 barbques, hammocks, luxury outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy. A very short walk to the village center with resort style waterfall pool. Enjoy a drink around the pool, go to the pub for a game of pool, a drink, a snack or a meal. Special events are held in the bistro, the movie theater has plush leather seats and you can enjoy movies on the weekend. The library has 6 computers for your convience, a fax and a printer. You may take a book to read by the pool or sit in one of the leather chairs and just relax. There is a private area just for the kiddies to play. With 2 public golf courses, 3 resturants on site and shopping less than a mile away you have it all at you beckon call. And don't forget the spa for a massage, manicure, facial etc.
You have all the comforts of home in your townhome.. a fully stocked kitchen, a master bedroom that will be hard to leave, your own garage, granite in all baths, and a huge granite desk in the loft area.
