Recently remodeled, this immaculate, charming and sunny home is located across from lake Tahoe on North lake Blvd half way between the towns of Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Walk to Patton beach, Garwoods restaurant & Public Pier, CB's Pizza or the 711 in nearby Carnelian Bay. Large flat driveway can accommodate 6+ cars with super easy access to SR 28.
Squaw Valley, Northstar, Diamond Peak ski & golf resorts are just a 15 minute drive from the house. Strike it lucky at the casinos in Crystal Bay, NV which are just about a 5 minute drive from this property.

We (family of 4) recently spent a week at the cabin. What a great place! Modern kitchen, fun decor, great sound system! And what would a cabin be without a functioning disco ball? As a renter of many vacation homes, I can attest to how clean and well cared for this place is. The location is convenient to everything the north Tahoe area has to offer. Note that this is on the main road, so it is not remote. I would not hesitate to rent this cabin again.

My friends and I rented this cabin out for MLK weekend back in January, and we really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very cozy, and having a hot tub nearby was absolutely amazing. We went to Northstar for skiing/boarding so the location of the property was very convenient (roughly a 10 minute drive). The cabin comfortably sleeps 8 - we had a party of 10-11, but had no problems with space. Sinead was very accommodating, prompt, and helpful throughout the whole rental process as well. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!

This is my 2nd time staying at this cabin and both times I've had a wonderful stay. The cabin is cozy yet spacious....perfect for a group of 8-10 people. The outdoor hot tub is amazing after a long day on the slopes. The stereo system is phenomenal. Basically the cabin has what everyone expects and believe me, I've stayed at my fair share of cabins that lack in these areas. The place is clean, thermostat works, bedding and towels are well supplied, water pressure decent, kitchen fully stocked with glasses, pots, pans, spices, etc. Lastly, the owners are a pleasure to deal with and they are very prompt and follow through to make sure you have the most enjoyable Tahoe visit. I highly recommend this cabin and look forward to renting it out again soon.

When we saw the pictures on the VBRO website, we thought that this would be a good place for us and our friends to rent for a ski/snowboarding weekend in Tahoe. Our first clue that this would be a comfortable and fun place to rent was the bit about the disco ball. The bright colors, fun pictures and comfortable furniture confirmed our hopes. The pictures on the walls paid homage to music legends, historic ski mountains, and new england professional sports gear which made us feel at home. Loved the color scheme (red with dark wood trim) that added to the warm feel of the place....as did the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was well appointed and had all we needed to cook for ourselves and our friends. The house was very clean and had clean "extras" that you usually forget at home like extra towels and blankets. We probably spent way too much time in the awesome hot tub and the powerful jets were perfect after a day of riding/skiing, particularly the ones that hit your calves. What was also nice was that it had one of those convertible top holders for the cover. Our fingers still look like raisins. We would definitely recommend this stylishly laid-back North Tahoe getaway to our friends and plan on returning again.

I just finished my 2nd rental of this cabin and will definitely plan to return a 3rd time. The location is great for accessing north tahoe ski resorts and the cabin itself is very comfortable. We've done a week long family x-mas and a "couples weekend" and found the place perfect both times. it's very well appointed with a nice large hot tub and a great deck, grill, stocked firewood, and awesome decor. Best of all, the owners are very nice and accommodating. This last weekend saw huge snow storms and road closures. Our group was stranded and the owners didn't hesitate to allow us to stay an extra night even with a last minute notice, and they gave us a discount on the nightly fee. I highly recommend this rental.

This home is very comfortable. The layout on the first floor is perfect for reconnecting with your family and friends. The kitchen, bar and living room kept us all together with plenty of space to multitask our activities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The upstairs living room gave the home that extra luxury of being able to get away from the main group downstairs to watch some football with the guys. We skied Squaw Valley and Northstar, this home is located between these two wonderful resorts which made the travel easy. The hot tub is large, hot and very comfortable. The sleeping arrangements are wonderful with easy access to the bathrooms. A little caution is needed to exit the driveway due to the high banks of snow. However, you could not have easier access during a snow storm with the flat large driveway right off Hwy 89. Leave the house and turn left and you will be at the Safeway store in Kings Beach within minutes. All in all this home is easy to use, comfortable, unpretentious and a lot of fun. You feel as though you can relax and enjoy your surroundings. We definitely would book this property again.
