This includes shopping, dining, summer entertainment and the ultimate convenience of ski-in, ski-out access in the winter, allowing you to avoiding the long lines and inconvenience of the busy bus shuttles.

This is a rare front corner unit which has spectacular views of the mountains and resort village, and is larger then most, with additional windows and a large deck. The Founders Pointe building provides heated underground parking which saves you $20 daily, bike storage and a private ski locker room, beautiful lobby livingroom with a 2 story fireplace, and a huge amenities plaza on the 3rd level which features a 45 person hot tub, 2 sided fire place, lounge chairs/tables, gas grilling station and a croquet field.
Relax after a invigorating day of winter skiing, or summer mountain biking, and view the various resort village festivities from your private deck. This includes concerts and other entertainment events from the village plaza and ice skating or fly fishing from the pond and river right next to the building. Walk a few steps to the ski lifts, or through the village to visit all of the local shops and restaurants, and grab a coffee at the nearby Starbucks.
Rates start at only $149 nightly, and we will waive the $125 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit. Our minimum stay is only 2 nights. We are currently providing 25% off our normal rates which is already included. We can also provide discounts on lift tickets, equipment rentals, and summer entertainment including the alpine slide, mini-golf, human maze, climbing walls, scenic lift rides, gyroextreme, and the leaps and bounds bungee.

The new resort village is absolutely beautiful, with several new shops, restaurants, and scheduled events throughout the year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We really enjoy the convenience of ski-in/out access, not to mention the heated underground parking garage, 45 person hot tub, out door fireplace, and beautiful lobby with a 2 story fireplace. We have also added several upgrades to our unit including Ipod docking stations in each room, Wii game console with over a dozen games, large DVD library, several games and books. One of the best qualitys is that this is a rare front corner unit, which is larger then most, with additional windows, and a large private deck, allowing you to take advantage of the amazing views of the ski hill and new resort village.

We have come to Winter Park for years, and just love the area. With 3 children, this is by far one of the best areas to visit for unlimited activitys. We finally decided to buy a condo in the new resort village, based on the big plans Intrawest has for this resort over the next few years.
