Upon arrival, you’ll find this luxury Perdido vacation rental has a fully equipped kitchen. From the richly veined granite countertops right down to the coffee maker, you’ll find everything you need. Should you choose to whip up a gourmet meal or host an impromptu seafood boil with your catch of the day, you’ll have several seating options for your meal, whether it’s at the bar, large dining table, or al fresco on the covered screened balcony.
A spacious living area includes a leather sofa, custom window treatments, and original artwork as well as cable TV, dvd player, vcr, games, and books for the kids. The North balcony offers views of the 14th, 15th and 16th holes and Old River, while the South balcony offers long-range views of the Key.
Sleeping arrangements include a master suite with king size bed, double sink, oversized shower, separate toilet area, and private access to the balcony. There is also a queen size bedroom, and a bunk room that will sleep two.
Resort amenities include an on-site restaurant with covered patio, open-air or enclosed dining. Lost Key’s chef puts his own twist on Florida fare and is known for introducing new items to the award-winning menu and hosting theme nights, be it sushi or barbecue. The restaurant also includes a bar, perfect for winding down after a day of golf or sun.
The pool area includes a heated lagoon-shaped pool, hot tub, shower, and changing area. Adjacent to the pool, you’ll find a covered pavilion with bar and grills in case you opt for your own poolside cookout. Lost Key’s workout facility is also adjacent to the pool. Here you’ll find weight machines as well as a treadmill, elliptical, and stair climber.
Lost Key GOlf and Beach Club's newly redesigned Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course is the country’s only Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary and is home to a variety of wildlife. For a nominal $25.00 one time transfer fee you and another adult can enjoy unlimited golf and cart privileges throughout the length of your stay. There is also a full-service golf shop and mens and ladies locker rooms, reminiscent of traditional “old style” country clubs. If you really need to get away from it all, take advantage of the free shuttle to nearby Johnson Beach State Park for some solitude or look for shells as you enjoy Perdido Key’s famous sugar white sands.
