Experience the vacation of a lifetime at Seacrest Beach Resort. This is a family oriented community, with palm tree-lined paved roads, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and just a short drive to Seaside, Grayton State Park and Watercolor. There is a selection of Golf Courses to choose from, including Tom Fazio's Camp Creek. The award winning quartz sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast are second to none and the 12000 sq ft lagoon pool, with waterfalls and fountains, is spectacular.
Sandy Craic (Gaelic for "fun times" and pronounced "crack") is located at the front of the resort. It has both sea and pool views. It is directly across from the entrance to the pool and only a short stroll to the beach. There is also a free tram service if you need assistance with all that beach "stuff".
Situated on Seacrest Blvd, you can enjoy watching the world go by on the front deck, or retreat to the back deck, where the kids have the safety of a cul de sac road to play and ride bikes. It has two large masters, which is ideal for multiple families. It is very spacious, comprising of over 2400 square feet. There is a total of six decks, offering great views of the pool and the sea. Each bedroom has its own private deck, complete with outdoor furniture.
"Sandy Craic" has been professionally decorated, with comfort and convenience in mind. The ground floor has all hardwoods. The dining area has a large table, seating 10-12 guests, and the living area has three comfy leather sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped, along with stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a bedroom with a queen pillow top bed, which has its own deck. A laundry room and bathroom complete this level.
On the second floor, we have a kids room , which has 2 sets of bunks (twin over full), a queen sofa sleeper, and their own bathroom. This room is very spacious, so your small ones can play here and not disturb others. There is also a family room on this level, consisting of another set of bunks and a king bed (with a pillow top mattress). The master bath has a rain shower and garden style tub. You can enjoy spending lazy evenings on the private deck, with sea views.
Finally on the third level we have another master bedroom, with king bed (pillow top) and jacuzzi tub. There is also an oversized sofa, that can convert to a bed if needed, or just to sit back and enjoy a good book. There are fantastic sea views from the private deck of the bedroom, or step across the hall and admire the pool from the front deck. The deck has cushioned patio furniture, so you can relax in comfort. There is also a wet bar with refrigerator, on this level, for your convenience.
"Sandy Craic" has TVs in all the bedrooms and a larger one in the living area. Four of which are DVD combos. There is a home entertainment center in the living room, complete with surround sound. We also offer WiFi, free local and long distance calls and digital cable.
We supply a selection of bikes for your pleasure, to tour the neighborhood, at no additional cost. There are several beach chairs, floaties and beach towels provided for your convenience.

The location across from the pool was terrific, as was the proximity to the beach - didn't need the tram! Plenty of living (and sleeping) room for 10 people with separate balconies galore. No complaints! Fine "home base" to walk or ride to local attractions. Would recommend.

This house is in a perfect location within the Seacrest Beach Community, right next to the pool and beach access easement. You don't need to take the tram to the beach it because it is so close. The owners have thought of everything that a vactioning family needs. Bikes (adult and kids) are in good condition. Helmets and beach towels are included. Charcoal Weber grill is perfect for fish and steaks. Decor, appliances, and furniture are all top notch.

This place was perfect for my family. My wife, our two little girls and 3 of their Grandparents took a 5 night trip to Seacrest beach. I searched for months trying to find just the right place. After searching more than 200 properties I chose "Sandy Craic". It had everything we needed and once we got there we realized it offered so much more too! We took advantage of the great location in regard to the pool. Just literally 40 yards from the amazing multi-level pool pool that is fitted with graduated steps that make a great place to lounge and sit around and let the kids play and the adults relax. Also, we enjoyed the bikes that are provided, the beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Everything we needed for a great day in the sand. The house was perfect. The bathrooms were great and very clean. The beds were all very comfortable. We talked about how this house could comfortably sleep 16-18 people and even more could be accomadated. The kitchen was great for cooking and the porches were a pleasant place to read a book or sit and chat with each other and passing neighbors. I couldn't have been more please with the beach tram. You could definitely walk to the beach with no problem, but with 2 kids under the age of 3 and all of the stuff it takes to comfortable enjoy the beach, the tram was awesome. It have seating for at least 8 and had a large storage area for all of the beach items we carried. What a great thing that was! Everytime we called the beach tram was there within 3 or 4 minutes. Most places I have stayed it take 10 or 15 minutes for the tram to arrive. We had 3 different tram drivers and all of them were more than friendly and conversive and greeted us with a smile. It was very close (walking distance) to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants and to Alys Beach and its wonderful little coffee shop. We drove to Seaside (about 15 minutes), Destin (about 30 minutes to the outlet mall), and Panama City Beach (about 10 minutes to Pier Park). And enjoyed great food and great weather! One of the best thing about staying at Sandy Craic is dealing with the owners. Lisa was so kind and helpful! If you are looking for a great place to relax, dig your feet in the sand and spend some quality time in the sun! Sandy Craic should be perfect for you! The only reason I hesitated to write this review is that I don't want this house to be reserved for my next vacation! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!!!

We couldn't be more thrilled with our stay at Sandy Craic. Before we arrived the owners were prompt and thorough answering all my millions of questions about the property and location. We were coordinating three families to stay in the home with 7 children 12 and under. The pictures, although beautiful, did not do the house justice. We were thrilled to walk through the doors and find a sparkling clean, spacious and organized home awaiting us. Some properties have a lot of the owners personal things around - that while adding a personal touch, can sometimes add to the clutter as well. This home was modern, organized and well thought out. Our family loves to ride bikes at the beach and we couldn't be more happy with the nine bikes and helmets provided. The short walk to the beach came in very handy for grandparents as well as the location across from the pool. It was the best of the best in all regards. Sometimes its hard to find a home that will accommodate a lot of children plus have enough master suites. This house had both. The kids had their own retreat that would comfortably sleep 8 in one room and all the adults could have a private getaway of their own. We will keep Sandy Craic at the top of our list for further beach trips. Thanks so much.

This is a great house! Loved the convenience to the pool, to the beach, and to shops and restaurants in Rosemary. The floor plan and choice of furniture in each room is designed to accomodate several people (of all ages) w/o feeling cramped. The flat screen TVs with DVD players and the bikes are an added bonus.

Just got back from a wonderful week at Sandy Craic with our daughters and grandchildren. The house is a perfect location to pool and beach....really so close we didn't need the shuttle. Lisa has the home ready for her guests.....very tastefully decorated and not so many accessories around you have to move them as soon as you walked in to keep kids from bothering them. Loved the 3 sets of bunk beds.....Great furniture, linens, stocked kitchen. washer/dryer, comfy beds, and bikes! House was very clean and so easy to keep clean even with several little ones. Kids LOVED having the DVD players in the bedrooms. The house was so much prettier than the pictures reflected. We all want to go back to Sandy Craic next year! Thank you Lisa and hubby for a wonderful week of making memories with our family. Sylvia and John
