Enjoy this beautifully decorated and open spacious floor-plan with 1400 sf on the top floor (4th) at the wonderful Dunes of Seagrove. Dunes of Seagrove is gulf-front and with our unit being on the 4th floor, there are awesome views of the ocean and the 7,500 sf multilevel pool from the over sized balcony.
Everything is convenient here-only a few steps to the elevator and pool and take the short boardwalk to the beautiful beach where two chairs and umbrella are included with your stay.
This is a great family area, secluded in the beautiful Seagrove Beach and just a few miles or bike ride away from Seaside Beach and outdoor concerts. The beach here is never crowded with lots of room to play. There are numerous award winning restaurants close by to choose from as well as many activities such as fishing, golfing, and a 19 mile bike path which runs the length of scenic Hwy 30A. Just a short drive away is the famous Silver Sands Outlet shops, Destin Commons, and Baytown Wharf Village in Sandestin.
New to the area and even a shorter drive is Pier Park in Panama City Beach with the new Margaritaville Restaurant and many other shops, restaurants and new movie theaters.
Dunes of Seagrove offers an amazing array of amenities including the 7500sf split level pool with waterfall and hot tub, tennis court, 400sf fitness center, sauna, steam room, grill area and on-site check in and management. This two bedroom unit also has a bunk area in the hallway with two normal size twin mattresses.
