The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor next to the heated reserved parking garage. It has a walk-out patio and a spacious open floor plan all on one level. It has many upgrades including granite counter tops, tile floors, Alder doors and trim, and a gas fireplace.
The 3000 sq ft Clubhouse has a fitness center, fireplace, a computer with broadband internet access, locker-rooms, and a community pool and hot tub. There is also a hot tub just steps away from the condo and a jetted tub in the master bathroom.
