Casa Pura Vida is 1500 square feet of rest and relaxation.
Huge 1 acre front yard big enough for football, croquet, frisbee, etc. The front yard and 300 sqft patio are where you will want to spend most of your time. Barbecue on the gas grill and sip a cold beverage in one of the hammocks.
There is always a very nice wind, so it is always cooler than in Austin. The 350 sqft master bedroom has an en suite bathroom (with double vanity), King size bed, couch, easy chair, TV, and its own patio with table, chairs and umbrella through French doors (see picture).
Casa Pura Vida is near the main basin on Lake Travis, 5 mins to Carlos N Charlies, 10 minutes to the Oasis--the Sunset Capitol of the world. When the lake is up this is waterfront.
During the winter we will rent for $1900 per month all bills paid.

We had a wonderful stay at your lakehouse. We enjoyed the landscaping and really felt like we were away from the city despite being so close.
