This is absolutely the most affordable studio condominium in Destin with 1100 feet of private powder white sands and crystal clear emerald green waters. It's the perfect place for your vacation. Chair and umbrella rentals are available. When you need a break from the beach just walk up to our private pavilion and order a snack and drink to enjoy in the shade. The pavilion even has clean restrooms for your use.

Our condominium has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. There are five pools on the property for you to enjoy. One just steps from the back door. Destin's famous Louisiana Lagniappe is on the grounds of Sandpiper Cove and within walking distance of this unit. There is par three golf course free for you to use or you may choose tennis, horseshoes or shuffleboard. You may bring your boat or jet ski to enjoy water sports in the harbor or Gulf of Mexico. Dock on the canal and walk to your home away from home.

We recently rented this condo. Great rates, decorated very cute. Very close to one of the pools, just a few feet from the back door of the unit. Very friendly owners, highly recommended ! We had everything we needed, even internet! Will be returning in the future!

Summer vacations for 2011

The location of the studio unit was very user friendly accessing the beautiful beach and steps away from one of the many pools for this complex. The unit was very clean, well furnished and had all of the things to feel as though you were at home. I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Destin. The location is very convenient to the waterparks, putt-putt, Destin Harbor, several good restaurants including the excellent restaurant on the property and many other attractions in the area. The unit is also conveniently located near grocery stores and retail stores. The owner was very accomodating and a pleasure to rent from. Our family has been going to this area for several years and this is one of our favorite places to stay in the area. We rented this unit several times throughout the Summer of 2011 and would highly recommend it.

While I got a great price it's a hard lesson in "you get what you pay for". Very RUDE owners!

I reserved the condo and received a great rate. The beach was nice and the condo fair. It’s the communication of the owner that ruined it for me. Upon arrival there was confusion at the gate since the contract listed the wrong condo number! While frustrating, I figured it out quite quickly since I’m not an idiot. However, once inside we realized there was not a broadband internet connection as the listing stated. I was upset about this since my husband had to do a little work on the day of arrival before starting his vacation. I promptly called the condo owner and left a message. I called back a little later again no answer. He had an entire week to call back and never did. According to the owner, 10 days after check out when I e-mailed him, he said that nobody ever complained about the internet before and my husband should have just gone to a bar to get his work done! This was his reason for not calling me back??? When I asked him to return my deposit check I got a lot of sarcasm. He seemed irate that he had to send me my uncashed check. (Of course I want it back, what did he really expect?) And when I received the check in the mail it was accompanied with a “thank you” note stating basically, you get what you pay for. If the owner didn’t want to rent the property for the price HE named…he shouldn’t have! Other errors in the listing: the pool is close…but not “just steps from the back door” in fact there isn’t a back door, there is a second floor balcony without a beach view. And the photos listed are not actual pics of what this condo currently looks like. I suggest to the owner that he update this listing with correct photos of the condo and with the true amenities and lose the attitude!
