Location- 4 miles east of Hayesville.
This beautifully landscaped, rustic but elegant home is located on quiet Elf Point on the North Carolina side of Lake Chatuge. This is an older home with native rock veneer outside but has been totally gutted and renovated on the inside. It has three large bedrooms, all with private baths and jetted tubs. The master bedroom has a rock fireplace with gas logs and a king bed. One bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and large bath with jetted tub. The other bedroom has two double beds and a large bath with jetted tub. All bedrooms have TVs.
The kitchen has all appliances with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a nice lake view. The den has a single pull-out sofa, TV and an adjacent full bath with jetted tub. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa, big-screen TV and also has an adjacent large bath with jetted tub. There is a screened porch, with lake view, located off the living room. The porch has a sitting group as well as a glass table with 6 dining chairs. There is a gas grill and a BBQ pit with charcoal grill adjacent to the porch. All rooms have individual zoned thermostats with heat and air. The home is nicely furnished with crown molding and many extras on the inside. Access to a private boat dock and ramp is located about 200 yards away. A 24’ pontoon boat is available if you are not bringing your own. Elf Point is a quiet community that is great for biking, walking or running, with a large wooded TVA forest on the end of the point.

June-August - $250 per night (3 night minimum), $1,250 per week, $3,500 per month (utilities included), Pontoon boat $300 per week
September-December - $200 per night (3 night minimum), $1,050 per week, $2,500 per month (utilities included), Pontoon boat $250 per week |
