We call our home "KENNEDY'S PARADISE FOUND" and it's a special place. With 2400 square feet all on one level, our fabulous U-shaped open-concept home is wrapped around a large screened private pool with fantastic views to the 1st hole of the championship Waterford Golf Course. The unique design results in airy, spacious sunlit rooms, offering privacy around every corner. With two main living areas and a huge outdoor patio area, the space is abundant. Because almost all of the large patio doors "pocket" right into the walls, the blend between indoor luxury and outdoor living is almost transparent.

You will never forget the first morning you wake up to this view. The glistening pool, lush green fairway and swaying palm trees are all visible from your large, 27 X 13 master bedroom. This private wing features a new, pillow-top mattress, high quality bedding, "Tommy Bahama" rattan furniture, 27" flatscreen TV, large ensuite with soaker tub, walk in closet, gorgeous Florida loveseat and two sets of patio doors opening directly onto the lanai & pool area.

The guest two-bedroom wing is located across the pool deck and features new mattresses, well-appointed rattan furniture and an additional bathroom with walk-in shower and a door leading to the pool, allowing swimmers easy access. (Note: Because of the five patio doors and the distance between the two bedroom wings, this home is not suitable for young children)

The gourmet eat-in kitchen is equipped with new, high-end stainless steel appliances, corian countertops, deluxe coffeemaker & toaster, good & everyday dishes and a great pass-through window to the outdoor dining area. The large living room opens directly from the kitchen and features a cathedral ceiling, comfy leather seating, 48" Sony big screen TV, fireplace, queen pullout sofa and working desk with Internet and unlimited, toll-free calling to Canada and the USA.

The dining room is airy and sunny and features a marble dining table and six, high-back leather chairs, ready for memorable evenings filled with laughter and good conversation. The adjoining foyer opens completely to the pool area, offering arriving guests a spectacular view of the pool and adjoining golf course.

The large, covered lanai area is perfect for entertaining and offers a new BBQ, dining table for six, and a charming "chat" area with comfy rattan armchairs for reading, relaxing or just soaking up the serenity.

If tropical palms, teal-colored waters, sandy beaches & magnificent sunsets make up your idea of Paradise, then you're going to love Venice! Nowhere else will you find a small town with such incredible natural amenities. Venice is unique in that it offers an abundance of outdoor beauty & activities, accompanied by all the conveniences and luxury of modern day living. So come and spend afternoons fishing off the pier, boating on the gulf and dining at outdoor restaurants (if you can tear yourself away from our back yard). Because of our terrific tropical climate, you can easily enjoy golfing, tennis, kayaking, bird watching, boating, roller blading and bicycling all year long.
