Relax and enjoy the 46" flat screen TV while lounging in the leather recliner. The den/guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size hide-a-bed, seperate access to the bath, a TV, stereo and high speed internet connection.

Located in the park like setting of Villas West, you are steps away from a heated pool and within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

All utilities are included: a 46" flat screen TV, a second TV in the 2nd bedroom/den, expanded cable and high speed internet.

Age restricted community requires one tenant to be 55 or older and does not allow minors, thus assuring quiet surroundings.

There are seven golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Four swimming pools are included with the rental of this villa and, for a nominal fee, Green Valley recreation membership is available, which provides facilities for clubs, crafts, dancing, concerts, tours, tennis, billiards, fully equipped exercise rooms and more. Only 20 minutes to Tucson and and to the famed artist community of Tubac. Exciting Mexico is only 30 minutes away.

PS. Villa is stocked with coffee, spices, bottled water, napkins, paper towels, cleaners, laundry soap and hair dryer all for your use. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase.
