All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Large yard (lot is 17,000 sq ft) has a net for volleyball, badminton & croquet also available. Coffee makers, toaster ovens & blenders on each floor.

- No Pets Allowed : Sorry, we absolutely do not allow any pets. As a result, the house is free of fleas and other animal allergens.

- Harmless small bioluminesent jellyfish are visible at the Narrow River inlet to the ocean at the end of the beach in late August and/or early September. Neat to see the water light up at night as you gently walkin the water along the shore or kayak a little farther out. Matunuck Oyster Farm is a short drive away, past the Nathan Hale homestead. It is open for tours and has a very popular restaurant at the site.

$800-$850/night or $5000-$5500/week - slight diff. rate for maid service, linens,
longer stays, holidays, some special circumstance... No last minute rentals. We
require an pplication be submitted along w/a hefty deposit. If approved, payment
in full is required at least 4 weeks prior to the first day of your rental period.

This is our family home, not just a beach rental. We are a busy family who have owned and maintained property for over 40 years.
This house is also a year-round Bed & Breakfast when not rented. We love to share our home with respectful caring people.

It is perfect in every way for extended families, reunion of friends, business retreats. Two kitchens allow vegetarians and meat-eaters to cook their preferred ways yet eat together in the large dining room. Large yard for volleyball, badminton, croquet. Walk to everything. Plenty for children to do. Lots of good restaurants! Surfing, swimming, sunbathing. Beautiful ocean views in all seasons. You'll love it!

Police, fire, EMTs are only 2 blocks away. A great library, surf shop, top restaurants and the mile long beach. Ever get up early to see the sunrise over the ocean? Gorgeous! Full moon nights are breath-taking!

Thank you for an amazing weekend. Just wanted to say how nice it was to meet you in person greeting us upon our arrival. Your house is absolutely beautiful and provided some stunning views of Narragansett Pier. Everyone really enjoyed the weekend, and your house was the main reason. Thank you once again for everything.
