FLAMINGO - The expansive views of the converging waterways can be seen from every room in the house, including a spectacular poolside view set off by a mature shade tree. The pool is fantastic whether you are interested in swimming laps or lounging on a raft. The kitchen takes center stage, its granite countertops and open floorplan will delight the chef who enjoys company while at work. The passthrough to the covered lanai makes it easy to feed the snack and sandwich crowd who are spending the day playing in the oversized
heated pool. Separated by the kitchen are two gathering rooms, both open onto the lanai, each with cable television. The dining room provides a quieter area for puzzles and games. Master bedroom has private bath and dressing area and sliding doors to lanai.

ways, you get a sense you are entering paradise.

A lovely spacious property, with an enormous pool! Furnishings and fittings were good. Nice quiet neighbourhood with excellent views over water course at rear. Well maintained and clearly looked after. A good selection of restaurants within a short drive offering a variety of choices. Excellent opportunities to see local wildlife. A good base for visiting south west Florida. A quiet island (apart from ongoing road alterations) which does not have the night life that may appeal to some. Disappointed with the beaches as these were not 'white sand beaches' as pictures indicate. That said we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.
