Five acre lot with 500 feet of frontage on the South Fork of the Snake river, two minutes off Highway 26 which gives access to Idaho Falls and Jackson, both 45 miles away. Home is 4,500 square feet including garage. Premier country for fly fishing by drift boat or small pontoon boats, boating on Palisades Reservoir, hiking, bike riding or ATV riding in adjacent hills and mountains.
Can tie up boats in inlet next to home. In the fall, hunting for elk, moose, deer and antelope. In the winter, 35 miles to Targhee Ski area near Driggs, Idaho. Local cross country skiing and snowmobiling. Extensive wildlife in area including moose, elk, deer, and coyotes. Especially in the winter, the river is full of geese, swan, ducks, bald and golden eagles and osprey. Fishing guides and related equipment available at South Fork Lodge.
