This light, bright, and airy condominium is only a short walk (five minutes) from Salt Creek/Dana Strand Beach, the fabulous Five-Star Ritz Carlton and Saint Regis Hotels. The incredible Montage Resort & Spa is just 3 miles to the north and a walk along the bluff over-looking the ocean is one you will always remember. The beautiful Dana Point Harbor and Marina is only one mile away and features fine dining, water sports and boutique shops.
This is a ground-floor, easy access condominium that is beautifully decorated in a beach cottage style. It features a luxurious king-size bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper. You have a full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, High Speed Internet
Wi-Fi, two TVs with cable access, VCR, DVD and CD player. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as beach towels, chairs and umbrella. You will find area maps, guide books, dining suggestions and attraction brochures.
The complex includes a large swimming pool (heated April 1 through December 1), two jacuzzis, clubhouse and you have a reserved parking space. It is centrally located for easy access to all the Southern California attractions: Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure Park, Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Getty Museum, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Sea World and many many more.
The Dana Point Marina offers daily cruises to Catalina Island, whale and dolphin watching, sport fishing, jet skiing and boat rentals. It is home to the Ocean Institute, Blues Festival, Dohney Days Music Festival, Tall Ship Festival and Festival of the Whales.

I spent a month staying in this condo & I could not have asked for anything better. I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable & enjoyable, while still being able to work remotely using the fast internet connection. It was exactly what I needed! Everything was clean & in great condition. This place is ideally located - a few min walk away from the beach, yet close to two bus stops on Pacific Coast Highway (I was relying on public transport, which got me everywhere I wanted to go). The complex is safe & quiet. The one issue I had was that there was no cellphone reception in or around the condo. I was stuck on T-Mobile (it might be better on other carriers). However the condo does have a landline, that can be used to make local calls. Ralph is very professional & reliable. It was a pleasure dealing with him during the booking process & was available to come over to help out if I had any sort of problem. I'll be sure to visit again! Sean Cape Town, South Africa

We had a great time staying the 2 weeks in SoCal and I think choosing to stay at this house was one of the best things I did! Very clean, and cute. We loved that it was right between L.A. and San Diego so there were many things to do in close proximity. We had the best time ever going on a whale and dolphin safari with Captain Dave's which is literally around the corner from the condo in Dana Harbor. I highly recommend that! Just hanging out at Strand Beach was so so fun and relaxing, Looking back I only wish we would have spent more time there! My family fell in love with Dana Point, it is the best of both worlds, so so beautiful and peaceful, close to many points of interest but not too 'touristy' ;) The place had everything you would need to have a nice stay. Did not get an opportunity to meet Ralph or Jean but my husband did and said Ralph you are very nice and friendly! Thanks for fixing the phone line right away for us. We were depending on our laptop to find local things/directions etc... When we come back to California we will stay here again, thank you so much! :)

This is the best place for vacation ever I have been stayed. My wife and I had stayed at this condo for a month of Jan. in 2008. We really enjoyed staying here and decided to come back again. We came back here and stayed for four months from March through June, 2011. We think that there is no place like Dana Point and Ralph's rental condo to stay and enjoy vacation. You know why? First, Ralph and Jeanette are very kind and nice persons. So we feel we stay at our familys's home. Second, Dana Point is the best beach in the Pacific Coast. We have been to several beaches in California. And we think that Dana Point is the most beautiful beach. Third, the climate and environment here is fantastic. The weather is warm in winter season and cool in summer season. Can you imagine this? I suggest you experience it yourself. Fourth, This condo is very comfortale and convenient. All the amenities are well equipped. Everything is provided with. During the past four months we have been really happy to stay here. Thank you, Ralph and Jeannette. We will be back again.
