Perfect spot to spend a week, a month, or the whole winter. This one bedroom condo sleeps up to 4 people. Our king bed can be split to two twins for flexibility, but you won't know it since we have a twin doubler, thick memory foam, mattress pad, and good linens on top. Sleeper sofa can accommodate the other two guests.
Ocean view from balcony and window, and sound of surf will lull you into vacation mode.
Fully appointed kitchen, dining area for four, private balcony.
Complex known as North Coast Village is on the sand in Oceanside CA just south of the active harbor, and north of the pier.

Why the Owner Chose Oceanside
We purchased at NCV in August 1997. My mother and I had spent 25 summers at Roberts' Cottages on the Strand. We witnessed the development and improvement of the area during that time. We decided to buy something of our own so we could visit the beach all year long. There are never any bad weather days at the beach no matter what the weather is. We looked at 3 different NCV units and purchased C-202 on the very day we toured the property! We fell in love with the view, the sounds of the ocean and all of the ammenities NCV had to offer. Over time, our unit has seen new appliances, upgrades and such, but it has never lost the initial appeal of the location nor the many memories of family times spent in Oceanside.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We continue to make family celebrations and memories at NCV. The peacefulness of the garden environment, the beautiful landscaping and the wonderful ammenities still meet our needs. We rarely use our car while there because we walk to the Harbor, restuarants, shopping, the pier, beach, movies, food store and more. It is a wonderful place to make and reaquaint with long time friends. Everything we need for a great time is all inclusive when we visit our unit in NCV.
