Perfect spot to spend a week, a month, or the whole winter. This one bedroom condo sleeps up to 4 people in a comfortable king bed and Lazy Boy custom inflate sleeper sofa. In 2009 and 2010 the owner has freshly painted, installed HDTV flat panel in the family room, purchased and iHome alarm clock/sound system, installed new window and doors, and purchased new streamlined patio furnishings and added to the breakfast bar so four can enjoy. This beach rental just gets better.

Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
We purchased at NCV in August 1997. My mother and I had spent 25 summers at Roberts' Cottages on the Strand. We witnessed the development and improvement of the area during that time. We decided to buy something of our own so we could visit the beach all year long. There are never any bad weather days at the beach no matter what the weather is. We looked at 3 different NCV units and purchased C-202 on the very day we toured the property! We fell in love with the view, the sounds of the ocean and all of the amenities NCV had to offer. Over time, our unit has seen new appliances, upgrades and such, but it has never lost the initial appeal of the location nor the many memories of family times spent in Oceanside.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We continue to make family celebrations and memories at NCV. The peacefulness of the garden environment, the beautiful landscaping and the wonderful amenities still meet our needs. We rarely use our car while there because we walk to the Harbor, restaurants, shopping, the pier, beach, movies, food store and more. It is a wonderful place to make and re-aquaint with long time friends. Everything we need for a great time is all inclusive when we visit our unit in NCV.
