Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
The owner just fell in love with North Coast Village.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The owner doesn't get to North Coast Village very often, but my youngest daughter (who has far cooler clothes than I did in 1976) and I love to hunt for sand dollars, beach rocks, and sunsets. She comes down just to go to a store Kindred Spirits on Hwy 101 and for clam chowder (New England style) at Dominics in the harbor. My favorite stop is for Chai or a Latte at Jitters Coffee Pub on Hwy 101 just south of Surfrider.
Owner's Map of North Coast Village
I'm Melinda DiPerna, founder of BETTER Vacation Rentals, Inc. (Broker). That's me, the youngest, in the 1976 photo. I'm a bit older now, but thought it might bring a smile to your face! We manage (BVR not my brothers & sis) this condo for an owner who lives inland and didn't feel like he could do justice to his place.
