Year Purchased: 2006
I'm Melinda DiPerna, founder of BETTER Vacation Rentals, Inc. (Broker) and we represent the owner of F205. He lives south and inland of his vacation condo and whenever it's not rented he sneaks up and LOVES working from his place. He's a busy self employed guy, and thought we could do a better job renting his place and welcoming guests than he could, but he stays very involved in the maintenance and marketing of his place.
Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
The owner loves the beach and at first thought this would just be a quick investment kind of property. He quickly found he loved the place more than he anticipated and became attached to the location and the view. He's happy to be able to enjoy his place and rent it to guests who will enjoy it and take pleasure in the same view and amenities.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The owner loves to watch the boats come and go from the harbor in addition to the surfers right from his balcony. He also enjoys being able to work in a great spot with the free wireless!
