This two bedroom penthouse loft is the perfect beach condo for those who want amazing views and pacific sunsets. G323, "Sunset Station", is an Oceanside vacation rental that sleeps 6 (king, 2 twins, sleeper sofa) and lulls them all to sleep with the sound of the waves. Available for stays from 4 nights to 6 months including vacations, corporate stays, seasonal stays, and military training at Camp Pendleton.
G323 is a two story condo with a full kitchen, dining for 6, new flat screen HDTV with cable, high speed wireless internet, comfortable family room seating, a guest bedroom with twin beds, and a full bath - all on the first floor (which is the 3rd floor of the building). The private balcony boasts ocean and harbor views. The second floor of the condo is loft style, but completely private and has it's own full master bath, sitting area, oversized closet, a comfortable king bed, and TV with cable. The master suite leads to a giant roof top patio with fantastic ocean views, harbor views, and sunset views.
Oceanside, CA is 35 miles north of San Diego and is a classic southern California beach town with all the modern conveniences, but real beach charm. North Coast Village is a resort-like gated community of 550 privately owned beach condos that is on the sand between the Oceanside Harbor/San Luis Rey River and the Oceanside pleasure pier. There are no streets to cross from this vacation rental to get to the sand through our gates. North Coast Village is the perfect place to call your temporary beach home with 2 heated pools and spas, common rooms with pool, foosball, ping pong, card tables, and big screen TV, koi pond, fitness facilities, sauna, and a new putting green! Better yet, beach parking is not an issue as this vacation rental has it's own assigned underground space in our secure parking lot.
Sheets, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all included with this fully furnished short term rental.

Welcome to the guest book for "Sunset Station" G323 at North Coast Village in Oceanside, CA. This online guest book includes statements entered by guests here as well as those I've transferred from our hard copy guest book in this beach rental. We hope by sharing these comments, you'll come stay with confidence. My personal favorite aspect of this condo is of course, the private roof top patio. From here I feel like I'm above the world and get to view boats come and go from Oceanside Harbor, watch surfers catch a wave at the break outside the mouth of the San Luis Rey River, and watch a soul soothing and romantic sunset over the mighty Pacific Ocean. Come, enjoy - stay a few nights or a few months!
