New cherry floors, and 10 foot ceilings upstairs connect the living room, dining room and kitchen with cherry cabinets in a perfect-for-entertaining open floor plan. An office, powder room and balcony are found upstairs as well.

Downstairs nestles the carpeted king bedroom as a perfect get away.
The queen bedroom has an exterior exit that opens up to the large back patio. Both bedrooms have full view reeded glass doors that open to a common hallway where you will find a beautiful full bathroom with soaking tub and a full size laundry closet.

Outside areas around the home offer a variety of patio and garden features with seating on two patio tables for a minimum of 8 people.

  • My family and I stayed the end of June into July. I can't say enough about this house and the location. My daughter had a week-long softball tournament and played at many different venues - this was central to everywhere we went. This trip also served as our vacation and there was plenty to do close by - aquarium, zoo, amusement park, aside from trips to the Rockies, Estes Park and Red Rocks - it was great! The owner is more than helpful and willing to meet your needs. You have to go to the ice cream place down the street. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

  • I live in Denver and I had friends visit from London. We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect home. The beds are nice and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The location is amazing, the walk bridge is a few blocks away and you can access the 16th street mall free shuttle ride from Union Station. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. My friends plan on staying here again when they come back to visit if it's available. I would recommend this to any of my friends and family.

  • I stayed in this place during the Denver Gem and Mineral show in September. The place is really nice on the inside. Everything has just been redone and they did a great job. I have a lot of nice things to say about the place and I swear I don't know these people except for renting the house. I am not lying when I say that everyone that walked into the place in one form or another said how nice the place was. The location is so perfect. Walk to all types of food, bars, liquor store, shops... There are great views of downtown from all over the neighborhood. The kitchen is awesome. The beds are comfortable. I left thousands of dollars worth of crystals in the house during the day and felt safe about it. The landlords seem like good people and made us feel welcome and it felt like it was our space for the time. We had dinner guests and some people over and it was comfortable for all. And in the end we got our whole deposit back which is great since a lot of people out there find whatever reason to keep some. And at the price they charge it is a better deal than hotel suites that are way smaller. I plan on renting again next year if it is still available.
