The queen bedroom has an exterior exit that opens up to the large back patio. Both bedrooms have full view reeded glass doors that open to a common hallway where you will find a beautiful full bathroom with soaking tub and a full size laundry closet.
Outside areas around the home offer a variety of patio and garden features including a patio set in the front and back of the house.

We had 4 weeks at this beautiful home! We even cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there. It had everything you could possibly want and the owners were exceptionally attentive. The listing shows the rooms well except it was even roomier than I expected. The home was very clean and was cleaned for us 2 times during our stay. The neighborhood is great for walking to lots of good restaurants and coffee shops that I already miss. I can't recommend this place enough. I will certainly be back and will tell all of my friends and relatives about it as well. Just leave some space in the schedule for our frequent returns. Thanks again to the owners!

We had such a great experience staying at this home while we were visiting friends in Denver. The owner Bill was so easy to work with and John was very helpful too. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants and we LOVED the ice cream shop and park right down the street. Everything was so convenient and did not have to drive everywhere. We always seemed to get lucky with the off street parking we never even needed to park in the driveway. The home is really well taken care of and very cool decor and art work. Spacious upstairs and downstairs and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you so much Bill for opening up your home to enjoy on our vacation, we will definitely keep your home in mind for our next visit.

July 13, 2011 found us back in Denver to visit our son, and then later, explore new territory outside of Denver. We crossed our fingers that this home , one that we had rented during the Thanksgiving holiday, in 2010, would be available for our July dates. We got lucky- it was ! Once again, we found this home welcoming, and perfect for our travel needs. This time of year, summer, we needed air conditioning, and the a/c worked beautifully. This home is a treasure to admire, enjoy, and take good care of ,when you are lucky enough to rent it. We definitely hope to rent it again on our next trip to Colorado. The owners set the most welcoming tone from your first contact with them !

We flew from the East coast to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with our son, who now lives in Denver. It was our good fortune to rent this very lovely home in the Highlands. Everything about it was warm and welcoming, not the least of which was one of the owners who personally helped us in numerous ways. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are attractive and well appointed. The kitchen is so spacious and generously equipped that you may decide to not eat out. We equally enjoyed the warmth, light and comforts of the ample and beautifully furnished living room. The home was clean and pleasing to our eyes the minute we entered. It was an additional jewel to discover that the neighborhood itself has many very good places to eat and shop. Hopefully our next trip to Denver will find us back at this very spot.

Let's just say my girlfriend and I were ready to move in. This place is gorgeous and so tastefully decorated. The location is awesome. The street is quiet yet so close to so many cool spots in the ultra hip Highland's neighborhood. The photos really don't do it justice. Future renters, all we ask is that you take good care of this special place because we are definitely coming back. The owners were very helpful and very accessable.

We really enjoyed our stay in Denver. This property is in great condition and is located within walking distance of many of Denver's best attractions. A great home base for sporting events at Coors Field, Pepsi Center, or Mile High. Also, be sure to rent bikes at the 16th street Mall and checkout the bike trail on the Platte River. This property is a great value.

We spent a snowy weekend in February visiting our son and thoroughly enjoyed the amenties of this beautifully renovated 1896 home. The floorplan and thoughtful furnishings made this place cozy and enjoyable when we weren't out walking the neighborhood and discovering easily-accessible downtown attractions. We will be back!

We want to commend you for the wonderful "home away from home." It is beautifully decorated and there is not one amenity missing….down to the fresh flowers! We love the close proximity to Denver. The walking paths and foot bridges are "alive" on the weekends with families, pets and bicycling enthusiasts. And let’s not forget superb restaurants (loved La Loma Mexican Restaurant) and coffee houses within a few blocks! We will definitely schedule another stay.

My family and I stayed the end of June into July. I can't say enough about this house and the location. My daughter had a week-long softball tournament and played at many different venues - this was central to everywhere we went. This trip also served as our vacation and there was plenty to do close by - aquarium, zoo, amusement park, aside from trips to the Rockies, Estes Park and Red Rocks - it was great! The owner is more than helpful and willing to meet your needs. You have to go to the ice cream place down the street. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

I live in Denver and I had friends visit from London. We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect home. The beds are nice and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The location is amazing, the walk bridge is a few blocks away and you can access the 16th street mall free shuttle ride from Union Station. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. My friends plan on staying here again when they come back to visit if it's available. I would recommend this to any of my friends and family.
