Located in the gated Mahogany Run Golf community, this villa encompasses over 2500 square feet of interior space and 2500 square feet of outdoor living area and beckons those who need a relaxing and private escape. Unlike many other villa rentals, the villa is positioned perfectly on a north side point and surrounded by acres of undeveloped land. You won't have to worry about the neighbor's construction or dogs with this home!

Why the Owner Chose Mahogany Run
Kiwi Cliffs was a home we had our eye on for years. When it became available for purchase, we knew it was the perfect villa for short-term rentals. Located on a slight peninsula, at certain times of the year you can view sunrises and sunsets from both directions over the water. The oceanfront location, the views, the "village of rooms" as the original architect stated - all combine to create one spectacular property unlike any other we saw.
When looking at north-side homes, many find themselves choosing between the Magen's Bay view (in Peterborg) or the down island view in Mahogany Run. We just found the cooling ocean breeze, the security and neighborhood feel of Mahogany Run to be unsurpassed on island. Located adjacent the golf course, you can wake up in the morning and take a morning stroll with your neighbors to grab the daily paper at the security gate.
Between the home's architecture, the indescribable views, private waterfront location, convenient location and the security and sense of the Mahogany Run community - it was a combination we could not pass up.
