My husband and I just returned from our 5 year anniversary trip and it was amazing. The view cannot begin to be captured in pictures (though I tried by taking about 150 shots, haha)! Inside and out the views will take your breath away. We both agreed it was way better than what we were imagining. Pool was ridiculously private and the hot tub was great as well. Obviously since it was just 2 of us we had plenty of room, but since the bedrooms all feel so separate and each have their own (very nice) bathroom, I can absolutely imagine coming here with a larger group. Amber, the property manager was awesome. She was sweet and very helpful. She made sure we knew where we were going, and continued to check up on us throughout the trip. Also, Amalie car rental is an absolute MUST. They were the nicest people and the Jeep was brand new and perfect. I cannot stress how much we loved this vacation. Mahogany Run was safe and Kiwi Cliffs was pure heaven! It was a perfect getaway from our 2 year twins :)

Just got back from a week at Kiwi Cliffs - it was fantastic. We have stayed on St. Thomas or St. John for a week for the past 10 years and have stayed in Mahogany Run for the past 4. Kiwi Cliffs is the best villa we have stayed at. The layout is great. Kitchen is well appointed and everything is upscale. We were met at the airport and escorted to the villa and were checked on throughout the week to make sure everything was ok. Everything worked (blender, dishwasher, fridge, grill) and our experience has been something usually doesn't work when we rent so that was wonderful! The deck stays shaded in places throughout the day so you can always relax in the shade if you want to. The pool and hot tub were great - big pool! Our group was me, my husband, two kids (13 and 7) and my in-laws. We had plenty of space and the villa offers good privacy while also allowing us to be near the kids. We love Mahogany Run for the security - we really feel safe there. Red Hook is only 20 minutes away so getting to St. John is easy. We went to Magens Bay most days and stopped at Udder Delight most days. We hope to stay there next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Kiwi Cliffs. From the property manager who met us at the airport, to the entire week in paradise at the home, our expectations were exceeded. The property is in outstanding shape, and the layout and views are even better than what's shown on the website. The beds and furniture are quite comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the entire property is quiet. And the pool is breathtaking. We also found the tips book to be quite helpful. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in St. Thomas than at Kiwi Cliffs!

Kiwi Cliffs Villa was a great experience from reservations through receipt of deposit. Working with owners Phil & Alisa was a pleasure and caretakers Eddie & Mary are friendly and helpful as well. The villa itself is laid-out perfectly for being together or for privacy. The location is unbelievable, one of the best views from a villa that I have ever experienced which includes Positano, Italy on the Amalfi Coast. When you are there you will never see another person, it's your own little beautiful world. I never wanted to leave the villa, just wanted to stay in the pool all day staring at the seascape and listening to the water crashing on the rocks below. This place is certainly what you see is what you get, no false advertising here. Also for renting a car, you can't beat the personal family service and quality of Amalie Car Rental. Thanks Phil & Alisa, we hope to come back soon !!

We have returned from our stay at your lovely villa on the island of St. Thomas and had an absolutely wonderful time. We missed the plane out of Wichita (go figure!) so had to take a cab to Mahogany Run and then try to find the house. That was fun!!!! The others who had arrived ON TIME met the escort Michael (son of Eddie) and Magdalena (Amalie Car) with the rental car and were at the villa when we arrived about an hour and a half behind them. I never met either one during the stay but was told they were absolutely wonderful and helpful. Constantin (Amalie Car) met us at the airport and it was so easy to just turn the keys over to him and walk away. We had a truly wonderful time there and I am certainly looking forward to a repeat visit. We sailed with Capt Max and First Mate Julie on what turned out to be the best weather day there. I would say that day was the highlight as far as excursions.....which were limited to that and eating out and shopping. We were good stewards of your property and enjoyed every inch of it. We also enjoyed the daily visits from the iguanas. We only saw one big one at a time so I don't know if there is more than one big guy around or not....but he was enough to get our attention. He evidently hasn't read your material as he would walk the infinity wall to the pool. We tried to warn him........ People have asked us if the property was as good as the pictures and our response has been "Better!" Thanks again for sharing your property with us. It is a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

I thought it best to write in to express my utter delight with Kiwi Cliffs. My friends and I are very well-traveled and have spent a lot of time in the Caribbean over the years. We've rented villas on many different islands but none have come close to providing the beauty, ambience and exquisite comfort of Kiwi Cliffs. In fact, we were so taken with the glorious views that we were reluctant to sightsee or even shop in world-famous Charlotte Amalie! The house is just so perfect for gatherings such as ours -- old friends who haven't seen one another for a while as well as friends who just enjoy each others company. Each and every one of my guests had a ball and in fact, one couple may be interested in renting for a family gathering early next year. We're trying to put plans together for next year to do it all over again!

We had our party of 8 come to St. Thomas for our wedding, and Kiwi Cliffs was just the slice of heaven to begin our journey in life together! The views and the wonderful sunsets simply cannot be given justice in any picture. Our family recommends whole heart-idly that this villa is the perfect place to relax and also a perfect place to get married! We will cherish every moment we had there! We didn't want to leave and we are absolutely looking forward to coming back on our next anniversary!

Just a few choice words, I simply cannot describe how much fun we had at the villa. It in my opinion was the best spot on the Island to stay. Right on the side of the cliff looking over the crystal blue water. Watching the pelicans dive for fish in the morning and flying just a few feet over you while you are laying in the pool. We stayed at the villa for 12 wonderful days. With the wedding on the beach and the perfect accomadations at the villa, it was like a dream come true. More perfect than anyone could imagine! Something we will never forget! We are already taking about next year returning for our anniversary. We can't thank you enough for everything. And Eddie was great - he came to check on us and was awesome to just chat with. What a beautiful house you have with just all the right touches. The pictures do not do the villa justice. You just have to see it, stay there and have a ball. We sure did!

10 days of pure relaxation. The villa was everything that it was represented to be on the web site. This was our second trip to st. thomas - and we enjoyed the north side of the island a little more because the breezes were very cooling. No need to even turn on the a/c! The pool and deck area is where we spent 90% of our time. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer set up. Phil and Alisa both met us at the airport. Their property manager escorted us to the villa. All in all this was exactly what we were looking for and expect to be back next year. Canada

What can we say other than WOW! My husband and I vacationed at Kiwi Cliffs for our honeymoon and could not believe it was better than the pictures. The views were breath taking and the privacy was wonderful (no fighting over lounge chairs by the pool like at a resort). One thing, its really big and for just two people you kinda get overwhelmed at first, next time we go we will definately invite SEVERAL friends. Another thing, this house has alot of the latest technilogical advancements, so if your not familiar with how these things work, you may find yourself spending alot of time looking at owner manuels. We had trouble with the wifi connections, but I wasn't complaining because who wants to bring their work with them on their honeymoon anyway :) Also, be careful how you park in the private driveway!!! You may want to park backwards, because it is very steep and the jeep rentals have bad tires. We found this out first hand within the first hour of staying here. Overall the good out weighed the bad! We had such a wonderful time here and can't wait to go back.
