Villa Martina is a villa dating from the 70’s built in stone and traditional brick, with all the modern comforts. The interior of this property has been chosen with care and finished to the individual particulars. The living room is characterized by large French doors which allows direct access into the garden, not to mention splendid views of the garden and the pool. On two sides of this villa there is a fully equipped portico with table, chairs, sofa and a porch swinging seat, where one can spend a pleasurable moment of pure relax. Guests can make the most of this villa and the many accessories, swimming pool, tennis court or football pitch, alternatively, guests can go on the discovery of the local cultural centers such as Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, but also the renown lakes such as Trasimeno and Bolsena.
PARK: This property has 4 hectares of land, whereas the villa itself is surrounded a spacious large area and forests which is ideal for those who wish to go for walks or trekking on the signed paths. In the garden at guests disposal is a large umbrella with table and chairs for pleasurable lunches or dinners with breath taking views of the local town of Bettona. Near the entrance to the property there is a also a synthetic lawn which is used for either tennis or football, depending on guests preferences.
SWIMMING POOL: Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, rectangular shape measuring 14x7 with a minimum depth of 1,20 and a maximum depth of 2.50 meters. On request the pool can be heated especially during the cooler Seasons for a relaxing swim under the stars. The entrance into the pool is via a large wide length step. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful green lawn, equipped an external heated shower, sun loungers, table and chairs and a gazebo where guests can find an angle bar, where guests can sip a good glass of wine in the shade. Near the gazebo there is a barbecue and a built in oven, ideal for mixed grills outdoors.
INTERIORS: MAIN VILLA: The main door is situated on the porch side of the property, from which one enters into the living room with fireplace, connected with this is the dining room and a spacious kitchen, also on this floor there is a service bathroom. From the living room there is a spiral staircase which leads to the first floor which is made up of double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with communal bathroom with bath tub.
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity (a maximum of € 50,00 per week based on a meter reading), water, gas for coking purposes, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, pool and park maintenance.
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): electricity (more than the minimum agreed, € 50,00 per week based on a meter reading), extra cleaning in the case of the presence of animals (€ 30,00 per animal per week).
