There is a $500 deposit for week, $300 for dailey by credit card for this rental.
If canceled more then 30 days prior to arrival the deposit is refundable.
If reservation is canceled less then 30 days prior to arrival deposit is
refundable only if the property is able to be re rented.
The cleaning fee for this rental is $70.
