This is a HOME, not a condo!! Our Warm Springs home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot surrounded by large mature trees which offer lots of privacy! We also have access to an outdoor swimming pool* only steps away from our home! This is a very rare find in the Warm Springs area!!
Our home offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Each bedroom has it's own television (two with built in DVD players). The living room has a cozy fireplace and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet meal, with plenty of utensils and dishes. We have the convenience of a main floor laundry and 2 car garage. There is a large deck with a gas grill, seating for 14 people, outdoor speakers.
The home is located about a mile from the Warm Springs lift. Just a short walk will get you to the bike path and also the "free" KART bus system that will take you all over the Sun Valley area! Also, the brand new YMCA is only about 1 mile away.
This home is the perfect place to spend your vacation ANY time of the year! There are so many fun things to do here!! You will not want to go home!

We found this to be a perfect location. The backyard and deck are wonderful and great for entertaining family and friends. Our grandson of two years, loved the wagon and the short walk to the pool. The home is very clean and comfortable and has everything we needed. When we return to Sun Valley, summer or winter, we will check to see if we can rent this home again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We recently stayed at this property over the 4th of July weekend. We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and spacious for our family of five. If returning to Sun Valley we would likely want to stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for a month during the summer and the house was fabulous. The house was very clean and has been remodeled in several areas. Everything you need the house has. The yard and back patio were very nice to have as we ate outside almost every meal. The owner was excellent to work with and was very accomodative. The location is good. The YMCA is very accessible and even downtown Ketchum is within walking distance. Fishing is available right out the door on Warm Springs. The bike path is very close as well. Next time we come to Sun Valley this will be my first place to look at for availablity.

We had a very peaceful, enjoyable summertime stay. The house was perfectly comfortable and suited our needs well. Everything was very clean. The back deck was a relaxing, shady hang-out & BBQ place, and the main living areas of the house worked great for our party of 6 to have family dinners and to play games, watch movies, etc. The owner is a pleasure to work with. We would definitely choose this property again. Thanks!

This is a very cozy home (not condo)that has not only a great location with access to skiing, dining, recreation center, bike trails etc,.. But also has a lot of privacy. The landscapped yard has tall Blue Spruce, Aspens and Oak trees. The outside deck was one of our favorite things there! It's ideal for a barbeque with family or friends. The home is very clean and well kept. The master bedroom has a super comfortable king bed and adjoining bathroom that is immaculate.There are large glass windows throughout the home that give you beautiful views in all directions. We really enjoy Sun Valley and will definitely be back.
