This home is situated at the end of a quiet drive and is lakefront with a great view of Table Rock Lake. Home was built in the late 70's and not much has changed, other than updated appliances. My daughter's friends call it "retro". It isn't luxurious, it isn't five-star but it is relaxing, clean and in a friendly location. We have many repeat customers.
This is the perfect place for a family that wants to spend a week on the "quieter side" of Table Rock Lake. Lots of quiet coves for fishing and skiing, and plenty of open channel for boating and riding jet skis.
The home has a master bedroom with small bath and a second bedroom with hall bath upstairs. The third bedroom is downstairs and shares a bathroom with the second family room. The basement family room has an area with two twin beds and a trundle, and there is plenty of floor space if you need to put a couple of kids on an aero-bed.
You are 30 minutes away from Eureka Springs, Arkansas - a Victorian style town with lots of artsy shops and plenty of restaurants, and only 50 minutes away from Branson, Missouri with wonderful shows, endless shopping, Silver Dollar City, Whitewater and Celebration City theme parks.
