Come enjoy our seaside getaway in New Smyrna Beach less than an hour from the bustle of Orlando. You will relax in serenity and style in our brand new ultra comfortable fifth floor condo with ocean views from the front bedroom!
Our condo is furnished with relaxation, comfort, family togetherness and luxury in mind. The decorating reflects beach cottage cozy and Ralph Lauren taste.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a plush pillow top mattress and a cozy reading alcove. The adjoining master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub and separate glass enclosed shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, seating and a TV/DVD. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets.
After a day spent at the beach or sightseeing, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and ready to whip up a delicious meal, bake a batch of gooey brownies or blend a frosty pitcher of margaritas to enjoy while sitting on the balcony enjoying the marvelous sunsets over the conservation area and intercoastal waterway.
Below there is a nature trail that you can leisurely stroll during the day, observe the local flora and fauna, while also enjoying the sea breeze and sounds of the surrounding natural environment.
The living room features two over stuffed inviting sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper. There is also a flat screen TV with a DVD player for your entertainment pleasure. We have oodles of board games and cards for family fun and laughs.
Oceanwalk is a gated community with 24 hour security directly across the street from the non-driving beach. A short five minute walk from the condo across the beach walkway will plant you directly on the beautiful white sands of your ocean playground . Parking is in the covered and secured garage below with elevator access to and from the condo. Bike, walk, or rollerblade the grounds without the worry of major congestion or traffic.
Oceanwalk amenities include: two lighted tennis courts and basketball hoops, shuffleboard and bocce courts. Oceanwalk Resort also features two private clubhouses each with a heated pool and heated spa, loads of covered seating around each pool with gas grills and fitness rooms. The newer clubhouse next to our building houses a granite topped bar with barstools, high topped tables and chairs, large screen TV over a gas fireplace and a full party kitchen (full size stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and use of silverware, dishes and wine glasses ready for an all out fun party!) Upstairs, is a media room with `12 leather recliners in front of a projection screen for a private movie and popcorn night!
This beach haven is located 15 miles south of Daytona Beach and the International Speedway, and 55 miles northeast of Orlando Florida, the amusement capital of the world! Canaveral National Seashore is only five minutes away. New Smyrna Beach is a wonderfully charming seaside community with folks of all ages, many cute restaurants and pubs, and unique shopping spots. There is something for everyone in New Smyrna Beach. Relax here and renew your energy and focus!
