Near the fishing boat marina, this small exclusive development of recently built villas, have direct access to the secluded and unspoilt sandy beach at Plai Laem.
The villa is close to the swimming beach and five star international beach hotels at Cheong Mon, the charming bohemian fisherman's village of Bophut, with it's colorful shophouses, bars and restaurants lining the water's edge. The airport is a 10 minute drive and the shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife of Chaweng Beach just 15 minutes away.
Villa Plumeria has been thoughtfully designed and tastefully furnished to blend traditional Thai elegance with comfortable and functional contemporary beach style living. Set in an oasis of similar properties it has over 20 meters of direct beach frontage and a tropical landscaped garden combining the beautiful natural flora and fauna of Samui.
The indoor living area consists of two fully air-conditioned pavilions. In one a comfortable lounging area with satellite TV and music system, a formal dining table with seating for six, a fully fitted and equipped western kitchen and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The other pavilion comprises of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with large twin beds. All beds have luxury pocket spring or pillow top mattresses with hotel quality pillows, lightweight duvets and cotton bedding.
A 'Plumeria' tree provides the centre piece to a spacious wooden decked outdoor living area with table and comfortable chairs. The villa has a sunbathing terrace and a large infinity swimming pool with submerged seating to cool down and enjoy the magnificent panoramic views. To one side of the pool is a water feature with a lotus pond and to the other a beach front living sala with seating for two. Perfect for enjoying an early evening cocktail while taking in the dramatic Samui sunset, or just relaxing after a an invigorating body massage. The pool area has it's own washroom and shower and is fully equipped with cushioned sun loungers and parasols.
At certain times of the year the sea recedes over 100 metres and at other times the water is shallow and not always suitable for swimming. It's a short 5 minute drive to Cheong Mon and one of the best swimming beaches on the island.
