We have two 3 bedroom condo's available. Each unit can comfortably accommodate groups or families up to six people
There are extensive ammenities which includes a pool with sun-decking, set in spacious landscaped gardens which ideal both for swimming and as a play pool for children ,a members club which has a lounge, exercise room, card room and business center
The living and dining room opens onto a large veranda overlooking the intracoastal waterway. The kitchen is fully equipped with all high end appliances and granite coutertops. There are three large bedrooms, all with private bathrooms
The rooms have been designed with your personal comfort in mind. The condo is also equipped with cable, a 50-inch plasma TV, DVD/CD player, and piped-in music.

A $200 excessive cleaning refundable deposit is also required
50% of total rent needs to be received w/n 14 days after making the
reservation to hold the reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to your
arrival. We accept checks only. A monthly contract is required
