You will enjoy the landscape and planters surrounding the beautiful waterfront swimming pool. There is a long breezy dock, great for fishing, boating, canoing and jet skiing! You have a lot of choices with our home! You can rent either the whole property, the main house, or the guest house.
The main house has 3 bedrooms:
- 2 master bedrooms suites. One of them has a breathtaking ocean views with a balcony and for each 1 private full bathroom.
-1 additional bedroom is downstairs with 1 bathroom.
Full kitchen with a bar, a comfortable living room with a waterfront view and the formal dining room seats 8 with the canal view. The high-end gourmet kitchen is complete with all professional stainless steel appliances, double ovens, built in convection/microwave oven, professional range and dishwasher. The accessories, elegant dishes, and silver place settings complete this warm and inviting dining room.
We have the latest in entertainment equipment, cable TV, air conditioning and full size washers and dryers.
The Guest House has 2 bedrooms:
-1 master bedroom, bay view, upstairs with a private bathroom.
-1 bedroom downstairs.
The kitchen is entirely equipped, a very cozy living room.
