This Villa location has been Recently Updated. Our new additions include new Granite tile, carpet, all furniture, flat screen TV and bedding. Each bedroom has a king bed along with a single bed and trundle bed. Kingston Plantation is a beautiful, 145-acre master planned, oceanfront, resort community. This villa is in a park-like setting located in West Hyde Park. It is approximately a eight minute walk to the beach with free shuttle service available if needed. This unit is on the second floor with parking adjacent to unit. All linens, towels and end of stay cleaning is included. Keys will be on-site. No check-in or check-out hassles.
Check in is after 4:00P.M. and check out is by 11:00 A.M. unless other arrangements are made with owner.
To reserve your dates; a deposit of $250.00 (check or money order) along with a valid copy of your driver's license must be sent within 5 days after your confirmation. Payment in full will need to be made 15 days prior of your reservation date.
Cancellation Policy:
If there is a cancellation PLEASE NOTIFY US ADMEDITLY! If last minute circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able to re-rent your reserved period of time, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.
NOTICE: Excessive clean up will be billed directly to you for our actual cost. Any damage by you or your guest will be handled the same as excessive cleaning charges.
