Light and sunny 50 square meters Mediterranean style decoration with white parquet floors and quality linen curtains with original fireplaces both in sitting room and spacious bedroom with queen size bed and large wardrobe. The bedroom, sitting room and kitchen all face the roof level of the Palais Royal buildings which are lower on a side street with very little traffic.
The kitchen has plenty of work top space with a gas hob and an oven ideal for French cordon bleu cuisine and sheer delight with morning sun.
