The bedroom, sitting room and kitchen all face the roof level of the Palais Royal buildings which are lower on a side street with very little traffic.
The kitchen has plenty of work top space with a gas hob and an oven ideal for French cordon bleu cuisine and sheer delight with morning sun. The sitting room has an imposing hand crafted designer table which is just high enough to double up as a dining table. Large bathroom has plenty of space around the washbasin with Italian tiles.
