I am designed with renters in mind. I have a large open floor plan that allows for festive gatherings. My beautiful kitchen has plenty of counter tops and is fully equipped including a filtered water system that also goes to the freezer ice cubes. You will love my laminate floors and Berber carpeting. The Lazyboy sofa and 2 recliners are made for relaxing.
I am located on the back corner of the 5000 section (# 5701 ) where it is quite and perfect for children with bikes and roller blades. You will love my wraparound porch with a dining area and rocking chairs. I have a total of 4 TVs,one each in kitchen, living room, and in each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms.
You will find 1 bedroom and bath downstairs along with a large laundry room with washer and dryer. The downstairs bath has an over sized shower which is handicapped accessible.
The beautiful open staircase leads up to 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
The over 1 mile beach is the best on the East coast.
The outside shower has both hot and cold water and the patio area is designed with paving stones.
We have installed wireless high speed internet access right at this house.

Owner Description
My husband and I are retired teachers in New York State. We have been camping at Ocean Lakes since 1972 at Easter vacation with our 4 children. Our children are grown and we now have 8 grand-children. We decided to buy a tiny place after HUGO and we kept it 10 years until we could afford our dream house. In 2001, we tore it down, and built the home that is there now. Sharing it with others is a pleasure and it also enables us to own it. Thank you in advance for thinking about using it.
