La Vetrica - Set on a Beautiful Panoramic Site.
Casale La Vetrica is situated in the middle of a splendid area close to the exclusive thermal village of San Casciano dei Bagni, it is set on a beautiful panoramic site overlooking the rich Tuscan countryside. By driving from the characteristic village of Palazzone, famous for its wine produce from the generous vineyards, to Casale La Vetrica, one can admire gorgeous breathtaking views. Guests can leave their hectic daily life behind and be catapulted into a parallel dimension where everything moves very slowly allowing the enjoyment of every single moment. Casale La Vetrica has all the requirements of a Tuscan farmhouse; totally built in stone, refined with raftered ceilings and hand-made terracotta floors, provided with “arte povera” (simple art) and antique furniture. The owners have started the property as a holiday house therefore it is equipped with all necessary comforts to satisfy even the most demanding customers.
Park: Approximately 1 heactre of land, where there is a swimming pool area, where you can enjoy unforgettable relaxing moments, rocked by the wind and enjoy the marvelous views on the skyline of San Casciano dei Bagni.
Swimming Pool: Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The irregular shaped swimming pool is equipped with jacuzzi, a gazebo and furnishings, measures 6 x 12 m and is 1,40 m depth.
Interior: On the ground floor, a large hall with fireplace and satellite TV, dining room, twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower suitable for the disabled, a reading room which has a splendid view of the outside, a sitting/dining room with a table for 12 people and a modern well equipped kitchen. First floor: the beautiful wrought iron staircase with terracotta steps leads you to the gallery with a skylight area. This area has access to the five bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms which are made up as follows: suite with a canopy bed and a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, double bedroom which has direct access to the outside staircase and bathroom with shower, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with queen size beds and bathroom with bath.
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, daily cleaning from 09:00 to 12:00 am in high season and twice a week (on Tuesday and Thursday) in low and medium season excluding Sundays and public holidays, park and swimming pool maintenance.
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: extra cleaning when animals are present (€ 30,00 per animal per week.
SERVICES UPON REQUEST: extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€ 10,00/person),
heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood (€ 15,00/100 Kg).

- Located in a panoramic position between Tuscany and Umbria, next the medieval town of S.Casciano dei Bagni that has also one of the well known SPA and Wellness centre in Tuscany it is the ideal place to discover the most important historical and cultural centres of both regions. The nearness with the Motor way A1 with the exit of Fabro and exit Chiusi Chianciano Terme allow the visit with short drive to place such as Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona, Perugia, Orvieto, Trasimeno Lake and Bolsena Lake. In the area you can find some thermal centres: S. Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vignoni and Chianciano Terme.. The 2 railway stations Chiusi or Fabro , both at about 20 km. allowed you to have nice daily trip also in the major cities.
