Beautiful Country House located in Water Mill, Long Island in the town of Southampton. This house built in 1996 backs up to a private horse farm and has a heated pool with 1200-square-foot deck around. This all faces west for sun all day and beautiful sunsets.
The house is surrounded by fields and woods and backs up to a horse farm, very private.
The ocean is just three and one-half away and with the villages of Bridgehampton and Southampton just a few minutes away.
