I have just returned from a wonderful stay in one of Lisa's apartment's in Fort Greene (I think there were three pretty much identical apartments in the same building so I'm not sure if this listing is for the exact one I stayed in). I was a bit nervous about parting with such a lot of money to pay for an apartment I knew little about, but when I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised. The apartment is a very good size - we were three adults and two small children and stayed there for two and a half weeks without feeling at all cramped. It's very close to several parks, good subway connections and great restaurants. Lisa was very helpful and friendly throughout and responded very quickly to the queries I had (request for highchair for my toddler - and at one point the internet went down - Lisa was on site to fix it within 30 mins). I would definitely stay again.

This rental was in a great location with a variety of great restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was nicely furnished clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils, towels and linens, and a safe place to stay for women. The owner was attentive, accessible, and completely professional. I will DEFINITELY return during my next visit to NYC.
