This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has hardwood floors throughout and a brand new kitchen. All of our bedrooms are spacious with new beds. Our kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher for your convenience. Our home also includes a clothes washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
In your private side yard there is table for outdoor eating and 2 lounge chairs. In addition to our parking garage there is an off street parking pad (13’x26.5’) for an additional vehicle, trailer, boat or RV. This location is an easy drive away from Old Town, Waterfront, Local Festivals, Concerts, Parks, Zoo, Shopping, Ocean, Restaurants, Hospital, and HSU University. No smoking allowed, dog friendly.

5 night minimum stays during May 18th to September 30th, Thanksgiving & Christmas
There is a pet fee of $15/night per pet. Dogs up to 35 pounds only please.
There is a $65 cleaning fee and a refundable Booking/Security Deposit of $300.
