Located in world famous Park City, Utah, at Bear Hollow Village, this luxurious and spacious 1350 square foot condo is BRAND NEW, and was furnished with NEW furniture and amenities in September, 2008. The condo is located near the Canyons, Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts. The condo is conveniently located near skiing, snowboarding, golfing, shopping, tennis, grocery stores, biking, zip cords,and miniature golf. Across the road is Redstone Shopping Center with a movie theater and a wide variety of excellent restaurants and shops, including Whole Foods Grocery store.At the entrance to Bear Hollow Village is a BUS STOP for easy access to Park City's free bus system.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is fully furnished and equipped to make your stay COMFORTABLE and LUXURIOUS. The Master bedroom has a QUEEN bed,walk in closet,and PRIVATE bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed, and the 3rd has 2 twin beds. EVERY bedroom comes with its own flat screen TV. The television is a SATELLITE system with 200 channels.

The kitchen comes fully equipped, and beautiful, with GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, alder wood cabinets and GE stainless steel appliances. A WASHER and DRYER are located in the condo.The condo is also equipped with central heating and air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace.

The condo's amenities are superb with Sealy posturepedic pillow top beds, 450 thread count sheets, Turkish spa towels, and Dansk plateware. The living room has a leather couch and love seat with large ottomans to stretch out on. No detail has been overlooked to ensure a relaxing and luxurious stay.

Across the street from the condo are the swimming pool(summer only) and a large HOT TUB(all year long) for your relaxation after a hard day of skiing, shopping or wherever the day has taken you. Another larger HOT TUB is located behind our condo building. For your enjoyment, there is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a work out room, free PC’s, locker rooms and lounge area ready for your use.

The condo is located at street level, but there is a reserved parking space for the condo in the heated underground parking garage. An elevator provides access to the condo from the garage.

For those of you who strive to stay “connected,” HI SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET is available in the condo.

For your ENTERTAINMENT, a DVD player, FLAT SCREEN TV, and SOUND SYSTEM that supports and docks with iPods are in the living room.

As a favor to the adults, a NINTENDO GAMECUBE video game console is provided to keep the kids busy.

The underground Parking Garage is heated for your comfort.

While it might be tempting to lounge around all day in the luxurious condo, those of you who are adventurous might choose to leave the condo for a couple of hours. It is located close to many activities, so I would recommend taking advantage of them:

Downtown Park City: 6 miles
Deer Valley Ski Resort: 8 miles
Utah Olympic Park: ¼ mile

  • The condo was exactly as promised. The photos are up to date and accurate. This condo was pristine! We stayed with 3 children and were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The owner was very friendly and available if needed. He was even nice enough to provide simple things such as laundry detergent, shampoo and garbage bags. Things you may not think about when planning your trip. Such consideration is not often found and is a testament to how comfortable he wants your stay to be. Location was perfect. There is a shopping center across the street. It is about 5 minutes from downtown Park City. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others.

  • This Park City Condo was exactly as described and perfect for our group (one couple, and three singles). The place was very well kept and all the furnishings were practically new. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils for cooking. There were plenty of clean towels, bed linens, blankets, etc. Other amenities included were TV/Cable, internet connection, and the AC was definite plus! The location worked out for us because we were within a few minutes drive to the downtown, restaurants, movie theatre, and, of course, the mountain resorts. The owner Steve was always readily available for questions, and pleasant to work with. Thanks!

  • Rented this unit for my wife and I plus three teenage boys for spring break 2009. First time in Utah. The unit is new, clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent, only a few minutes drive to the ski areas and shopping. Steve is a knowledgeable and attentive owner. Bear Hollow is a very nice development with condos and some fairly sizeable homes, all quite new. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Park City area.

  • This was our first time out in UT, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations or a nicer owner (who is quite knowledgeable if you need some advice on where to eat/ski/hang out/etc...) The condo was incredibly clean, well decorated, comfy and best of all - very close to ALL major resorts! There were 5 in our group and there was more than enough space for everyone... We also rented 2 cars and never had issues with parking. Overall, a great trip - we highly recommend this condo!

  • Seven of us stayed in this condo, and there was plenty of room! It was just a short drive to Park City where we snowboarded daily. The jacuzzi was a nice treat after our long days. We loved this condo and are thinking of making this Utah trip a yearly trip. And if that's the case, we will be booking this condo again.

  • This condo is well appointed with all the comforts of home. It is an owners condo not a stripped down rental. The fitness center, lodge and hot tub are conveniently located directly across the street. The secured heated garage allowed you not to have to lug you gear in and out of the condo. The owner was also very easy to work with.

  • This condo is beautiful. Everything is new and very tastefully decorated. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver, as was the heated garage. The beds were all soooo comfortable. The owner was very pleasant and accomodating. We highly recommend this condo!
