We were very pleased with this property. The complex is well kept. The unit itself was perfect for the 5 of us. We ate in 3 of the 5 nights. The kitchen facilities are excellent. We were less than 10 minutes from Park City Mountain, The Canyons and Deer Valley. Having the Redstone Plaze across the road meant we had access to retail stores and entertainment. And the landlord did everything he could to orient us to the area and get us off on the right foot. Thanks very much for your hospitatlity.

This Bear Hollow condo is modern and roomy. Exactly as described. We stayed on the mountain last year. This condo was much bigger and a lot less expensive. Less than 5 minutes to the Canyons. Park in preferred parking ($10) and leave your skis at the valet next to the gondola. Can't be any easier! The kitchen had everything needed to cook and bake. We ate in each night. Grocery stores (WalMart, Whole Foods, Smiths) are only a few minutes away. For those who want to eat out, plenty of options are close by. Washer/dryer in the condo meant less to pack and also clean clothes on return home. Last but not least - heated garage! Can't beat a warm vehicle in the morning. Steve was very helpful and provided lots of info ahead of our travel. Thanks!

We would like to thank Steve for an excellent stay at a great location. The transaction was seamless, professional and easy to complete. His instructions and welcome letter were helpful and informative. The location is very close to the ski areas and to shopping malls, restaurants, and the local attractions. The condo itself is very clean, tastefully decorated, has satellite flatscreen tv's in every room, along with a GameCube for the kids to play at night. It has a nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and appliances that made our stay super comfortable. Especially important is the washer and dryer in the unit. The beds are super comfortable with very soft mattresses (which is really nice after a hard day of skiing), plenty of pillows and cozy comforters. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The owner is honest, easy to reach, a good communicator and has been doing this for some time, as has the system down to a science. Thanks again and we would highly recommed this unit

Bear Hollow Village Condo

This condo was perfect for our family visit with our son and our two grandchildren. Master bedroom w/ bath for us; room with twin beds for two grandchildren; 3rd room with queen for our son. The kitchen nicely appointed and everything needed for cooking and large dining room table. TV's in each room and small patio for sitting outside when weather mild. The owner was kind enough to send us lots of info regarding local shopping restaurants and attractions. Note the Red Rock shopping plaza about a mile away very convenient. Restaurants (try Loco Lizard Cantina), shopping (Smith's and Whole Foods); movie theater, etc. Something for everyone. Owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions promptly. The photos accurately show what condo looks like; condo was clean as a whistle and well-maintained. Park City also within a few miles. Strolled the main street and had lunch at Wasatch Brewpub which was great. Lots of great shops, good bookstore, great art galleries, etc. Would highly recommend this rental property to anyone!

This condo is a great location for snowboarding in the park city area. the condo was big enough for the six of us. the condo came with everything we were looking for. the updated kitchen was fully stocked, the washer and dryer worked well and it was close to various resorts. the condo was clean and in great condition. the owner answered all the questions that i had and was really willing to help since this was the first time my friends and i were in utah. he gave awesome suggestions and was really helpful in giving us detailed instructions. if i were to come back to utah, i would definitely stay again and recommend this place to my friends!

The property had everything promised. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The location was very accessible to all the ski areas. The Red Stone village nearby had plenty of shops and resturants for most of our needs. The owner was very helpful giving us good information and recomendations for our stay. A great value for a ski trip.

Excellent ski week accomodations

This spacious and comfortable condominium was perfect for our family ski week. For us, it is all about the skiing and it is an easy drive to the mountain resorts - they are just a few minutes away. (We skied Deer Valley every day.) We appreciated the heated garage for the car. There is also a locked storage space in the garage for boots, helmets and skis - perfect. The three bedrooms and the family room are well appointed and the kitchen is great - we cooked most of our meals and ate at the spacious dining room table. The location is just hop from the Redstone shopping area - restaurants, movie theaters, shops and grocery stores. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We would gladly stay here again.

Great stay at Steve's condo

Steve's condo is great. We have stayed there on 2 separate occasions (March 2010 and December 2010). The condo is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms (total of 4 beds), 2 full baths, washer/dryer and a great kitchen and living room area (looks just like the pictures on the website). The condo is very clean. You have the option to park outside or in an underground garage. The area is great. It is about 5-10 min drive to Deer Valley or Park City Mountain Resort, 3 minutes from grocery stores/whole foods/shopping, and about 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. I have stayed at other condos in Park City and I now try to get Steve's condo every time as my first choice. I would definately reco this condo to others. Steve is great to work with and is very friendly and reliable. Good luck and have fun!

Our family of six just returned from a weekend stay at this property. It is the second time we have rented this particular unit. We love it, and plan to return again. The unit is clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you might need! It is conveniently located just across from the clubhouse, and very close to shopping, restaurants, movie theater, ski areas, olympic venus, running trails and hiking trails! What a fabulous rental! The condo is very clean, very spacious and well appointed. We visited Park City with our three children for ten days and felt that there was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The area surrounding the condo is great: lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and close to downtown Park City. Steve is a very nice and informative owner who was available whenever we needed him. We recently had a great experience staying in this condo in Park City. The owner was very nice and very quick to respond from our first email to our last. The condo is beautiful and made us feel like we were home. Nothing is over looked. Location is great for skiing-near all the resorts and highway as well as any retail establishment you will need. We took our family out to Utah and this was their first time skiing in Park City. They loved the place and loved the condo. The owner was very understanding and always answered my questions and I had a lot of questions. He gave us plenty of info about the condo and the surrounding areas. Everything was convenient and easy to get too. The condo was very clean when we arrived and we felt like it was “just like home” for us.Beds were very comfortable and the condo was always nice and cozy. Loved the decorations.My daughter in law and I love the hot tub too. Our granddaughter loved the video games in her room.Over all everything was wonderful and with great skiing and great place to stay our vacation was memorable. We really enjoyed our recent stay at your condominium. Check-in was simple, and we found the condominium to be clean and well-appointed. The heated garage kept us from having to haul our ski boots to and from the condominium. The condo was exactly as promised. The photos are up to date and accurate. This condo was pristine! We stayed with 3 children and were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The owner was very friendly and available if needed. He was even nice enough to provide simple things such as laundry detergent, shampoo and garbage bags. Things you may not think about when planning your trip. Such consideration is not often found and is a testament to how comfortable he wants your stay to be. Location was perfect. There is a shopping center across the street. It is about 5 minutes from downtown Park City. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others.

This Park City Condo was exactly as described and perfect for our group (one couple, and three singles). The place was very well kept and all the furnishings were practically new. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils for cooking. There were plenty of clean towels, bed linens, blankets, etc. Other amenities included were TV/Cable, internet connection, and the AC was definite plus! The location worked out for us because we were within a few minutes drive to the downtown, restaurants, movie theatre, and, of course, the mountain resorts. The owner Steve was always readily available for questions, and pleasant to work with. Thanks!

Rented this unit for my wife and I plus three teenage boys for spring break 2009. First time in Utah. The unit is new, clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent, only a few minutes drive to the ski areas and shopping. Steve is a knowledgeable and attentive owner. Bear Hollow is a very nice development with condos and some fairly sizeable homes, all quite new. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Park City area.

This was our first time out in UT, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations or a nicer owner (who is quite knowledgeable if you need some advice on where to eat/ski/hang out/etc...) The condo was incredibly clean, well decorated, comfy and best of all - very close to ALL major resorts! There were 5 in our group and there was more than enough space for everyone... We also rented 2 cars and never had issues with parking. Overall, a great trip - we highly recommend this condo!

Seven of us stayed in this condo, and there was plenty of room! It was just a short drive to Park City where we snowboarded daily. The jacuzzi was a nice treat after our long days. We loved this condo and are thinking of making this Utah trip a yearly trip. And if that's the case, we will be booking this condo again.

This condo is well appointed with all the comforts of home. It is an owners condo not a stripped down rental. The fitness center, lodge and hot tub are conveniently located directly across the street. The secured heated garage allowed you not to have to lug you gear in and out of the condo. The owner was also very easy to work with.
