This Top floor Corner unit has 2 bedrooms plus loft and 2 ½ baths. It is first off the elevator and has parking space closest to elevator so you won't have far to go with your luggage. It overlooks the pool, spa and playground area and has magnificent views of the Mountains, Olympic Ski jumps and High Ute Ranch.
It is closest to the clubhouse, pool, Jacuzzi and work out room. This spacious corner unit sleeps up to 8 people.
The condo features a private deck and includes an assigned parking space in an enclosed heated garage, with a large private storage closet for all of your equipment. It is walking distance to great shopping at over 60 popular outlet stores, and only a short drive from Salt Lake City airport. Close to all major ski areas.
This privately owned family friendly 1500 square foot condominium has all the comforts of home. Four TVs, 2 DVD players and 3 VHS players. A Beautiful kitchen with granite counters, modern appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and microwave.
The master bedroom has a King bed two walk in closets and private bath with an oversized tub; double sinks and built in hair dryer. The large loft has two extra long twin beds and entertainment center for the kids and a full bath. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a walk in closet. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The unit is equipped with central air conditioning for the summer months and central heat and a gas fireplace for winter.
The heated pool and Jacuzzi and play area are in view from the balcony. If you like to work out, there is a gym with machines in the Clubhouse, in addition to two other hot tubs located on the property. A walking trail behind the units leads over to the outlet stores in one direction and over past the scenic Hi Ute ranch in the other.

Why the Owner Chose Crestview
We love Park City, Utah!. Crestview’s location at Kimball Junction has the best of everything for our family. It's close to all three major ski resorts and just a 40 min. scenic drive to several others. Two grocery stores are nearby for a quick trip to the market. We are walking distance to the Outlet mall. Redstone shopping center just across the way has shopping, dining and a movie theater. We love the security and amenities the property offers.

Our family came over for a four day vacation in Park City from Green River, Wyoming before we send our twin boys off to college at the University of Wyoming.The condo was great for our family of six. Mom, Dad three boys (22,18,18) and one girl (16). We enjoyed the living room as we watched the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Michael Phelps was amazing!!! We tried a few races in the pool inspired by Michaels' greatness. Had perfect weather, enjoyed the great views, toured the olymipic park, walked on main steet, had a frizbee golf competition on the top of the Canyons Moutntain. Mom and Janelle went to a yoga class, did some back to school shopping,move, alpine slide and a lot of eating. The condo was wonderful nice and clean,Comfortable, perfect for hanging out and relaxing. We definitely will try to come back.

We are the Jones family from Knoxville Tennessee here on spring break. We have four kids ages 12(2) 10 and 7. The condo is perfect for us and it is very tastful and well decorated. It has been very warm during our stay so we have been able to use the hot tub and pool.We toured Salt lake City and Temple square. We will ski four days at Deer Valley while we are here. After a 3 1/2 hour delay at the airport we arrived at Salt lake from St. Louis and then our son joined us from Denver, Co and we were thrilled to be here. Extremely Cold but enjoyed every minuet. Wow! This is an awesome condo! This is one of the nicest places I have stayed at. I hope we can come back next year! Teh skiing was great! We also went snowmobiling today. That was fun. Sarah, Trevor, Chelsea, Connie and David. And Kyle Cook.
