  Our extended family of 11, ranging in ages 10-74, stayed at this wonderful and private home right on the beach. It is within an easy walking distance to the Lahaina historic district and harbor, and the many restaurants and shopping. The four kids had a great time sunning on the large deck and lounging in its two hot tubs, searching for sea glass on the beach, use of the wifi, and large TVs for watching NCAA tournaments & cheering our favorite team. In addition, the adults enjoyed the view, the privacy created by the wonderful landscaping, roominess of the floor plan, watching whales in the distance, a well-supplied home with everything you need, and comfortable beds. You can listen to the waves while sleeping since four bedrooms face the ocean & each with an atrium door to outside. Groceries and typical modern chain shopping options are nearby and a short drive. Beyond Lahaina, this is an easy drive to other sights and activities on Maui. Our family had a great time at Maui & largely due to the location and accomodations of this fabulous property. The owners were great from the beginning of our planning to the aloha as we left!

  Paradise seems such an over-the-top term, but in this case it aptly applies. From the moment we entered the front gate, through the amazing house with its beautiful art work, to the deck and beach overlooking the ocean and the island of Lanai, we felt we were in paradise. The attention to every detail and comfort to make our stay a true pleasure was complete. Add the easy walk into Lahaina to enjoy all the fun and shopping, having our meals on the spacious deck, the privacy, and views of whales and water activities. We are counting the days until our return and recommend it to everyone we know.

  I just want to share with you my wonderful experence staying at the Sandy Beach Plantation Style Estate. It is decorated with beautiful Island style charm and feel. The listing photos are accurate. The property is very clean and well maintained, Before your feet hit the sandy beach you walk through a garden of Tropical Flowers and Palm Trees. Watching the Sunsets on the beach are delightful. Being able to walk to the fun town of Lahiana is a plus. With all the activities, attractions and restaurants, there's something to do for everyone. Holden was very helpful with any questions or concerns we might have had. Thank you! I would recommend this Beach Front property to anyone who loves the beach as much as I do. I have stayed here several times and it is truely Paradise. Mahola

  The listing is very accurate. The house is modern but the furnishings, artwork, and design pay tribute to the Hawaiian style. The location is great, we enjoyed walking to different restaurants and downtown. My favorite areas of the house were the beautiful bathrooms (loved the air spa tubs and tile murals) and the gourmet kitchen (it is stocked with any appliance you could want). The photos are an accurate depiction of the property. It was very clean and well-maintained. I have already recommended this property to friends. We enjoyed the beach and walking to the little shopping area.

  This property is beautiful much more attractive than the pictures. What we loved to do in the morning is getting our coffee and drinking it while we were standing in the ocean. The location is great. We walked to everything. It has a great beach and we snorkled out to the reefs. This place is about as close as one can get to HEAVEN......We are going again.

  If you want an amazing beachfront location - this is your spot. We were 12 people -4 adults and 8 boys between the ages of 13 and 20 - and this location was perfect. All we had to do was walk out the back door to have coffee on the beach. This is a neighborhood location, so it is very quiet and the beach appears to be only frequented by the local homeowners. A short stroll down the beach and you will find yourself in the center of Lahaina with all that it has to offer. This was a great experience for the kids of all ages to be able to take off on their own - no cars necessary. The house itself is amazingly well stocked and everything in it is very well maintained. The pictures on the site are very accurate as to the decor but don't begin to do justice as to how nice it really is. It is very roomy and each room is well laid out. A lot of thought went into the planning of this beautiful residence. The owner was readily available to meet any of our needs or answer any questions we had. We cannot recommend this house highly enough and will definitely be returning.

  My wife and I and our family, total of ten,enjoyed this property very much. Everyone had their own rooms and plenty of space. Can't beat the beach access and the views! Thank you Holden for being so attentive and responsive. We had a great time!

  We had such a wonderful time! Your home is in such a perfect location. All of our adult children really enjoyed the walk to Lahaina for happy hour/snacks and shopping. The home is so comfortable but elegant at the same time. The front yard, which is a wonderful beach, snorkel destination and SUP paradise. Just down the beach is a wonderful surf break. We discovered a great area where you would see at the least 15 turtles swimming to the surface for air! We can't say enough about this magical property! We will all remember it with our own wonderful memories. If you are lucky enough to stay here, count yourself extremely lucky! Mahalo, The Amarante Family

  My boss booked this house for a group of 12 of his close friends for his 50th birthday. He was a little nervous because he had never actually seen the house. Only on VRBO. He was totally thrilled. It has two kitchens, and a huge outdoor area, first rate, top of the line everything. There was plenty of space for privacy as well as large areas for group dinners etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable and bathrooms were beautifully done. The owner is very attentive, and returned the cleaning deposit promptly. And oh, that ocean - right there - no street to cross, no car to drive. Lovely.

  Our extended family had a great Christmas - New Year's visit. Our six young teens loved the rare freedom to walk down Front St. w/o parental supervision. Everyone enjoyed the beach access and the kids carried their surf boards down to the waves. The parents enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs bedrooms and all the elegant furnishings. The manager was very responsive to our every need. We had a wonerful time.
