Pamela My wife and I love your place so much we hope to rent it every year. Please put me down for Feb 3-10, 2014 if it's available If you like you can put our security deposit down to hold it. Please et me know. We liked how clean the Owl Casita is, the comfort of the beds, the size of the unit, newer TVs, internet that worked, how close to the club house. Did you get us booked for 2014 yet? Hello David, I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the Owl Casita. I would love to hear what you loved.. anything about the casita or the area or anything. If you found any great restaurants and anything else.. I will also look at the 2014 calendar and the week you are seeking.. Thank you so much for the nice comments. It is wonderful to hear our guests loved their stay, as we do! Look forward to Hearing From You! --Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Thank you again. We would love the opportunity to return again soon. Marianne Dear Marianne, Thank you for the message that you are back home safe and sound! We want to thank you for being such lovely guests! We are rewarded to know the Owl casita was a good "home away from home" that provided you, your family and friends an opportunity to enjoy yourselves! We all need more time for such pursuits and we are so happy you were able to stay at the Owl casita and enjoy life! Thank you for starting the housekeeping, we so appreciate guests who appreciate the house. Our calendar is full of return guests like you, and that is how we love it! We value guests like you more than words can say! Hope to hear from you soon, Kindest Regards! Pamela Pamela, Thank you so much! We are home from our trip to Tucson and what a wonderful time we had visiting with family and friends. The Owl Casita was delightful! Perfect accommodations for our stay. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. We started the laundry of linens, cleaned out the refrigerator and emptied all the trash. Hope you happy with the head start we gave on the clean up. Thank you again...MarianneDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Hello Pamela, The Casita was wonderful as usual. We really enjoyed it again! We really saw a lot of different animals this time. Coyote, mule deer, rabbits, road runners, baby quail, and finally the javelinas, which was the first time for those. We have been home for a week now, but we would love to be in Tucson instead. We met Emelia and Paul, they are the sweetest people, I felt like we've known them forever. We just love it there! We would recommend the Owl Casita any time. We will definitely be back, the sooner the better. Thanks again Pamela and we hope you have a wonderful summer!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/2

This is our 3rd time back to Owl Casita...it is like coming home. I sleep better here than anywhere else I can remember...I love to leave the windows open at night to let in the night air and hear the night sounds. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and am going to find out where the mattress came from so I can get one at home! There were a few changes this year, striking new bedding and paint. As always, we seem to settle right in and get into our Starr Pass routine of early morning coffee and then a glorious walk...then off to the pool before it gets too warm. Just floating in the silent water with a hawk circling overhead is something one can not really describe. This time we explored a little bit more via the Marriot Resort...they offer early morning guided nature hikes that are not too difficult and our guide taught us so much interesting information about the cactus and birds of the region. We are from the Pacific Northwest so it is all so very different. We look forward to our 4th visit next year. Oh! We had fun exploring the other side of the Valley this year too...over in the LaPaloma area, and absolutely go visit the Air Museum...wow. Thanks again for a restorative week.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Dear Nancy, you and your party are welcome back to the Owl casita any time. Many of our guests are return guests who take good care of the casita, and we are so appreciative of that! The saline (no chlorine) pool at the Marriott day spa swimming pool is my favority spot to really rest. We too love our time there floating and swimming, it is so quiet and serene and the wildlife is just spectacular, the main reason we narrowed it down to owl casita is the open space between the homes and the Marriott at Starr Pass, allowing wildlife to live freely and happily. As well as the location of the Starr Pass resort area, near the airport, U of A, downtown. We look forward to your return visit, just let us know when and we'll leave the light on. ;)

We recently visited Owl casita for the fourth visit. This time we finally hiked the Tucson mountains with a guide and learned all about the desert vegetation, plants that can be consumed and desert resourcefulness of the plants. Each visit is better than the last for me, I am a photographer and love what I come home with. Besides vivid memories of a truly unique place, a love for the wildlife in Starr Pass, I am now building a catalogue of Starr Pass photos that will soon be online for you all to see. I feel like a cozy owl in a nest while I am at the casita. Catching up on sleep on the cozy beds and filling up on sunshine. That and beautiful scenery. What else can a girl ask for. Thank you for another wonderful getaway.Owner response: Emmaline, can't wait to check out your photos! Please send me copies and we will put them in the Owl Casita. Another one of our artist guests painted "Starr" the Owl in the living room. Will be looking forward to your artistic view of the area. BTW, our frames in the casita are 5" x 10".;)

Another great visit at the Owl Casita. This time I had a chance to hike the Tucson Mountains guided by a Marriott expert on edible desert plants and unique characteristics of cactai. This trip my goal was to photograph wildlife, I took some photos of Javalina on the golf course, the groundskeeper saw my interest and took me on a special wildlife close up. Also got great shots of a roadrunner in the back yard of the casita. Didn't know they sound like a puppy when they call. Also really enjoyed the gym, I also took a yoga class at the spa at the Marriott and worked out there. We spent the day lounging and working out on the equipment with a day pass. That is a treat. After explring around Tucson I loved coming back to my own personal nest, the quiet Owl casita, to watch movies and rest. Can't wait for my next trip. In a couple days check out my desert photos at Photorankr.com Emmaline Woods-Smith.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Ginny, maybe you already know, but with any spa service, even only a manicure, guests can use the full spa for the day at the Marriott. That includes: the saline jacuzzi, the eucalyptus steam room, the quiet lounge, the outdoor patios, the state of the art gym equipment, yoga or pilates classes if they are being offered, complimentary ice tea etc. We make it a day at least once each visit. Its a treat. Come back soon.

We had a wonderful trip to Tucson, beautiful scenery, fabulous weather and great restaurants. However we were disappointed with the casita. It desparately needs to be updated. The dishwasher did not work properly, the carpets are frayed and badly spotted, the uphostery on sofa and chair are dirty. The beds are NOT incredible or memory matterss or luxury as discribed - the king is a matteress with a separate piece of foam on top. The linens on the beds were extremely wrinkled and had stains on them. The comforter was dirty. We had to send the comforter out to be washed, the houskeeper said the turn over was so quick they didnt have time to wash it This is unacceptable everything should at least be CLEAN. The location of the casita is great and the pool is huge. Very nice areaRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
Owner response: WE just stayed at the Owl casita and enjoyed the house. The casita beds have (carefully selected new temperature sensative sleep innovations, high end) mattress toppers, with brand new soft sheets and new quilts. This guest thanked mngmt for going the extra mile and for pampering her, for mailing back items she left behind, for helping with a late check out when the guest had car trouble etc etc. The guest said she enjoyed her visit to the casita, loved the saline pool at the Marriott and would come back soon. Any time a guest makes a suggestion we consider it carefully and that is one reason Owl casita has been many guests favorite home away from home. We hope these guests will try us again when they are having a better day.

For some reason had the mis impression Starr Pass was a junior course. Boy was I wrong. I am former golf pro and have golfed at the world's best courses. Roadrunner surpassed my expectations. A TEN. The greens are in great shape, the desert views are spectacular, and the experience is fine in every way. Where else can you golf with roadrunners? I ask you. Starr Pass Owl Casita is my favorite home away from home now and is the coolest place to stay. It's well equipped, well maintainted and beautiful. The only drawback, and this is true, once you visit, you will find yoursef planning to go back again and again and again. Its a favorite home away from home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

First, let me thank you again for calling our attention to the Tucson Festival of Books which was at the University of Arizona this past weekend. We went both days and enjoyed it immensely. Jo's favorite author was Lisa See. Mine was Luis Urrea. But the authors generally were a wonderfully stimulating group. We have already planned our future reading. The UA Jazz week last week was another highlight. We especially enjoyed the Original Wildcat Jazz Band--a Dixieland group.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The Owl Casita was the perfect place to stay in Tucson. The rooms were very roomy and very comfortable! We came here to relax, and we were able to do just that. Quiet, serene, and so very peaceful. A much needed time away from our busy life. The wildlife that we saw from the back patio of the Owl Casita was so special and memorable. Birds chirping, and such a peaceful setting we had trouble leaving. Once we did adventure out into Tuscon, the area is perfect for shopping and wonderful restaurants to enjoy every day of the week. Of course if you prefer to prepare dinner at home, Owl Casita had a wonderful kitchen to have family time and prepare meals at home as well. This area is great for sight seeing as well as endless shopping. We are hoping to make a special trip back just for Christmas shopping 2012! The beds so comfy and loved the floor plan of the Casita, it invites family together time, as well as provides privacy when nightime falls. Beautiful walking trails and paths and a super great pool to enjoy as well. Its a must go property and we cant wait to get back!Owner response: Thank you Paula for choosing to stay at the Owl Casita in Starr Pass. We would love to have your party return in December. Most all of our guests are now return guests who find the Owl Casita just right for vacations, work, conventions, sports activities, visiting students at U of A, nature watching, peace and solitude to name a few of the reasons guests tell us they come back. We recently added flat screen televisions and upgraded lots of other favorite items at the casia. Thank you to all our guests who make the Owl casita their home away from home. We appreciate your kind words. Starr The Owl has been known to reciprocate a 5 starr review by offering a complimentary evening for return guests, particularly those with a seven night reservation and who offer such lovely reviews. We appreciate you for the way you left the casita in such beautiful condition and for being such wonderful guests. Once again, we are here to make your trip enjoyable. If you ever need anything, please let us know by phone directly and enjoy those roadrunners and quail. We do! Thank you again.

I had a wonderful week at the Owl Casita. It had everything I needed and then some. So convinient to everywhere in Tucson. A real bonus was the nature show right out by the patio. Dozens of fat quail visited off and on all day along with hummy birds, cardinals, tiny desert wrens, bunnys and the real topper was a Troop of more than a dozen javalinas went marching thru. So fun. I highly recommend this lovely casa.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Scott XXXX here, we just got back to the humidity in Louisiana. Ella, I just wanted to drop you a note about our stay. I was born and raised in Tucson, left 16 years ago, been back for a day or two here and there, never with my wife and kids. The Owl Casita we stayed in is was more than we expected, my kids loved the wildlife, hiking and just a total different landscape from what they have grown up in. As far as the rental I would make no changes, all the items we use at home were all there for us. Also glad to see how much Tucson has grown, not only in size but for the better. Streets were clean and the upgrades on the freeway and roads in general look great. Thanks again as my kids will remember this for many years! Dear MS. Woods This is an overdue note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your wonderful casita in Tucson. We have two sons living in Tucson, both within a short drive from the Marriott site. The oldest is an engineer at X and the youngest a pilot for X. We get down to see them and the grandkids about twice a year. This time the occasion a family get together to see a new grandson. Up until now we have always stayed at a motel. But spending a week at your casita gave us a whole new perspective on visiting Tucson! We really enjoyed the stay and the wonderful view. Only my wife and I stayed at the casita but it was large enough that we could have a pizza party one evening with all four children, spouses, and six grandchildren there with plenty of space. Youngest daughter from New York with two little boys stayed three nights at the Marriott and really enjoyed the huge pool and other faculties. We may get down again over Thanksgiving and certainly will contact you if that comes to pass.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Pamela, We enjoyed a great mexican dinner at La Fluentes - we left a sample menu in the casita. (Best guacamole I've ever had.) We ate lunch at Baggins Sandwich Shop twice. EXCELLENT!!!!!! We enjoyed Tombstone for what it was - a tourist trap. We hiked Sabino Canyon - took the tram up and walked down. Great afternoon activity - and only cost about $30.00 for the 4 of us. It was perfect for us - unexperienced hikers! Anna and I loved the Colossal Cave - another great afternoon for $24.00. Jeff and Erika golfed 2x at Starr Pass and 1x at Ventana Canyon. We checked out the shopping at the University of AZ entrance - great boutiques, cupcake bakery, and outdoor dining. Cool candy store there for the kids too! We briefly checked the 4th Avenue/Street shops - but thought it looked like a lot of tatoo shops, and skate boarding style clothing. Primo was ok - It was a nice evening. We got such a kick out of that small grassy area below the patio - it was so funny to see people get so excited over grass! (Something we don't think twice about!) We did enjoy the Catalina BBQ. The golf pro shop guys were very helpful. If you are ever in Scottsdale, try the restaurant Bandero. It was our best meal on the entire trip! Wood-fired rotisserie chicken -- amazing! One thing we observed was that the people of Arizona are very very polite and friendly! A great vacation! Yes - you can share our comments. EllenDid you find this review helpful? Get Moving, Tucson!: Tucson blessed with running trails in all directions Story Comments Get Moving, Tucson!: Tucson blessed with running trails in all directions Posted: Thursday, March 3, 2011 12:00 am | Comments Who in their right mind would willingly run on desert trails? Cactus everywhere. Sharp rocks underfoot. The hot sun beating hard against your head. Turns out, this sort of thing is actually pretty popular. The National Trail Running Association website indicates that trail running is growing in popularity, with more races and social runs on trails than ever before. Tucson is blessed with trails in all directions, from the Cactus Forest trail system of the Rincons to Starr Pass and the Sweetwater Preserve in the Tucson Mountains, from the trails around Sabino Canyon to the great mountain paths throughout the Santa Ritas. Around Tucson, there are many local trail races as well. The Fleet Feet Arizona Trail Race cruised along the beautiful Arizona Trail on Feb. 6, with its start and finish at Colossal Cave. Everyone Runs produces two trail races a year at Catalina State Park. And the Southern Arizona Roadrunners offers three cross-country trail runs, including the upcoming Sunrise at Old Tucson 4-miler, on the dusty streets and horse trails of Old Tucson Studios (Accetta is the race director), and the Spring Cross Country Classic, a 5K run over the sandy washes of Lincoln Park in southeast Tucson. But the region's longest trail run is the Old Pueblo 50, which takes place this Saturday on the trails and dirt roads near Sonoita. Sold out at 175 runners as it normally does, the Old Pueblo 50 is a 50-mile trail run along the Arizona Trail traditionally held in early March. Beginning and ending at Kentucky Camp outside Patagonia, the race winds through the rugged countryside of Southern Arizona. As the race website says, "Please be sure you are well-trained for the hills, rocks and remote nature of the event."Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Pamela Woods If the Owl Casita is available, we would like to return and depart in 2012 just about the same relative times as this year. Arriving on X, and departing X would be excellent. Is that possible? We have been having a very good time. As I told you briefly earlier we again went to the Tucson Jazz Valentine's Day bash. This year it was a concert featuring Chris and Dan Brubeck--sons of Dave Brubeck--and their quartet. They also included a a young woman who sang and a tenor saxaphone player both local. It was a terrific concert with the highlight finale being Dave Bubeck's "Take Five". We have been to the Sonoran Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park, East twice, University of Arizona, and Fort Huachuca. At Saguaro National Park we toured around on our own but also went along on two ranger-led walks--one to the Freeman Homestead and the other along the southern end of the Cactus Forest Trail to look for desert birds. We saw the usual sparrows, wrens, quail and thashers but the great treat was to spot a Great Horned Owl nesting on the side of a cliff. At the Sonoran Desert Museum we were delighted to see a new addition to their free flight bird shows. They now have a family of five Harris Hawks that they release and fly all at the same time. It's like a natural desert air show. The birds seem to take delight at flying low over the heads of the audience. Looking forward to hearing from you.Did you find this review helpful? The resort’s eco-friendly efforts extend to Primo, which serves only organic and jet fresh fish, and the Hashani Spa, which uses natural desert plant oils. The resort incorporates the natural desert into its landscape design and features direct access to Tucson Mountain Park for memorable hiking and biking trails. To quote Bill Marriott, “you can build all types of amenities but it would be impossible to duplicate what Starr Pass has, the Tucson Mountain Park.Did you find this review helpful? Pamela Woods I'm wondering whether you have firmed-up availability dates for your Starr Pass casita in February 2011? We are definitely interested in arranging a rental for February 2011, but we are flexible on the beginning and ending dates so you can accomodate other renters. Please let us know how matters are progressing. We are still having a great time. Yesterday we hiked the Lorraine Lee Hidden Canyon Trail that is just to the north and west of the Marriott. The Lee Trail, combined with a short section of the Bowen trail, gave us about 1.5 miles of Tucson Mountain canyons and hills that looped back to the road leading up to the Marriott. (From there we walked back along the road to Starr Pass.) There were good views to the north toward Gates Pass Road and Marana as well as to the east toward downtown Tucson. Signs along the trail provided a running commentary on the flora and fauna of the Tucson Mountains. Ocotillos and brittle bush on south facing slopes of the Bowen Trail are just beginning to bloom. They should be out fully in just a few more days. Kindest regards, Glen CheneyDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/2

Just wanted to tell you we had a wonderful stay at your casita – everything was perfect! The casita is clean, spacious and comfortable – everything we hoped for. We hope to be able to stay again soon! We played golf at Starr Pass two days and just wandered around another day. We met your caretakers one day and they were charming and helpful. Thank you again.SandyDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Hi Pamela, We're back home in San Diego and I've notified Emelia that we already left the casita since you have a new guest arriving tomorrow. We had a great time and you're place is in great shape. My entire family had a great time at your casita. The view of the golf course and up the mountains was very relaxing. Sitting on the patio we enjoyed watching Quail, and numerous other birds, rabbits, road-runners, and a group of 10-12 javalinas with a couple of youngsters. Your pillow-top beds are as advertised, very comfortable! We slept great every night. The casita layout works great for 6 adults to spend a weeks vacation. Plus the fully stocked kitchen made it a breeze for cooking. We'll recommend you're casita to anyone traveling to Tucson, and we'll definitely be in contact the next time we're in the area. Best wishes, Steve & AloraDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Hi Pam. We had a wonderful vacation in Arizona visiting our son. Staying at your beautiful casita was the icing on the cake! Everything we could possible need was there. It truly was the perfect time of year to be there...it was warm, but there was a beautiful breeze daily. We started each morning on the patio watching the birds come to the bird feeder. A whole family of quails visited us daily, as did a hawk who tried to swoop down and catch one of them. When we used up the seed that was left there, we bought some at Albertson's. I have to say that the birds were not crazy about what we purchased. They would pick through and only take what tasted good. One evening we had friends over for dinner and made a pork roast on the grill. While we thought that we had cleaned it, some of the smell must have been left. At about midnight we heard what sounded like someone trying to break into the casita. My husband got up to investigate and saw 6-8 javalinas trying to push the grill over. He turned the light on in the patio and the light didn't faze them, but when he shook the blinds they took off. You can be sure that we will be contacting you again to stay at your place. this was our first experience with VRBO, as well, and I would recommend it to all of my friends. Thanks again...Joanne BDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Emelia and Pamela, What can we say, but thankyou very much for the wonderful week! Our stay at the casita was more than we expected! We can't believe the week has come to an end so quickly! We spent a lot of time here at the casita relaxing and watching the birds on the back porch (we even bought bird seed and filled up the feeder). The roadrunner was quite entertaining. The highlight of our stay was going to the Desert Museum, I highly recommend it! We were able to golf three of the days we were here and we also went to the Biosphere 2. We ate most of our meals at the casita, went out for dinner just once. We've got to get going, I have to be back at work on Monday. We'll drive to San Diego today and be home tomorrow. We'll be on the road by 12:00 noon today, Saturday. Thank you again for everything! Ann and BretDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Pam, we would be pleased to have you place our comments in your guest book. I forgot to mention that a family of quails with eight babies would visit every morning. We bought some bird food to assure their visit was worth while. The next morning the quail family returned with all the little ones still in tow. Your patio is an outstanding place to bird watch. Pam, we really enjoyed the week we spent at the Owl Casita in Tucson last month. The weather was perfect in the mid 80's and the casita was just the right size to accommodate two couples. The casita proximity to the Starr Pass Golf course afforded us a chance to recover a few of the golf balls we lost during our round. We are interested in a return visit next spring but have not yet settled on a date. We will check the availability on VRBO and when we finalize on a date I will E-Mail you with the details. Thank you for the use of a very nice casita in a great location. Best Regards, Pam depending on scheduling we may want to rent for a longer amount of time next year. We are still unsure of the dates or duration but will let you know once we decide. Thank you again. Best Regards, JohnDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The Owl Casita was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. We had our family come visit us there and it worked out perfectly. When we arrived, the first thing we did was open the front door and the sliding doors and enjoy the clean Tucson air and the wonderful breeze. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. Having the second room with two beds and its own bathroom was the main reason we wanted to stay at the Owl Casita. Also, the easy access from the parking lot was very important. The swimming pool was close by. We were visited by a javelina the day we left, and I almost literally bumped into one when I took out the garbage the night before. The birds were very active and we enjoyed listening to their songs and to watching out for the cardinals and pyrrhuloxi.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The casita was perfect. We also needed the king size bed and the 2 separate beds in the 2nd room. We had room to entertain our large family for visits, and then enjoyed the peaceful, quiet evenings. The wildlife is wonderful, and the local amenities can't be beat for the price. Emelia and Paul were great, too.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We very much enjoyed our stay at Starr Pass. Starr Pass Owl Casita is very comfortable, convenient and provides all amenities for a delightful time away from home. We especially enjoyed the fitness/spa. Having a gas grill on the patio allowed us to eat-in nearly all our evening meals as this is one of our favorite times of the day to relax. Also enjoyed the golf discounts at Starr Pass and four other courses very much. We will certainly return for future outings. Thanks again David & KathyDid you find this review helpful? Just wanted to thank you for providing Starr Pass Owl Casita for our stay for the two of us. Julie and I had a great time and saw alot of Tucson and more. The St. Xavior Mission was beautiful. Another day, we went to Tubak and enjoyed a super shopping excursion. One day, in Tucson, Designs Unlimited was on our list and I found a gorgous jacket to wear to my granddaughter's June wedding. Starr Pass Owl Casita was comfortable, well kept, a lovely temporary abode and indeed appreciated. We loved the fact that Friday, there, it was 80 degrees - the end of a warm, beautiful and enjoyable stay! Thank you for sharing it with us.Did you find this review helpful? Hello! We enjoyed our stay at Starr Pass Owl Casita very much.We wanted to stay in a quiet place with nice amenities. Starr Parr Owl Casita fit the description well.Loved the Beds -- the Bed setup was critically important. We needed a KING + 2 Twins. I am quite tall 6’5” (hence the king size) and our children are 17 boy and 15 girl (so needed 2 twins). The beds were fantastically comfortable. It helped that you specified this.We wanted a full kitchen for our family so this was great. Internet connectivity was important. Helped us to find restaurants and theatre in town. We wanted something on a golf course. We think the golf discount was a great asset. We wanted to have a local person to call if problems occurred. (Your local folks were fantastic. Thank you! We'll be back.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

(Guests at Starr Pass Owl Casita for over 5 weeks, January 2009) We had a great time, particularly enjoying the outdoors during this extra warm January. The casita is nicely laid out and attractive. We enjoyed being on the edge of the park; one morning we had a javelina family for guests and another morning a bobcat, all of whom walked over the terrace. We would certainly like to be with you next year, same time. (Casita hosts) Emelia and Paul are very attentive to requests and a generally helpful pair. Please RSVP for the same time period, over 5 weeks, February 2010 --Eric and Caroline, Anchorage, AlaskaDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

WE HAD ONE OF THE BEST VACATIONS OF OUR MARRIED LIVES AT STARR PASS OWL CASITA - WE ENJOYED THE CASITA AS HOME BASE AS WE VISITED ALL THE SITES, CAVES, HIKING SPOTS AND GREAT RESTARURANTS. Cynthia and Kevin and Cooper, Portland, Oregon KOODOS ON THE BEDS, WE ARE THE MOST DISCRIMINATING OF GUESTS WHEN IT COMES TO COMFY FAB BEDS, AND WHEN WE SANK INTO YOURS WE DID NOT MOVE FROM A GREAT NIGHT'S SLEEP. AFTER TRAVELING UP TO THE CANYON, WE COULD SCARCELY WAIT TO GET BACK TO OWL CASITA AND ENJOY THE REST OF OUR TRIP. OUR 5 YEAR OLD LOVED ALL THE ACTIVITY AT STARR PASS, MY HUSBAND QUICKLY FOUND STARBUCKS/MARRIOTT ON HIS GPS PHONE AND WE WERE SET! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! THE MANAGEMENT TOOK GOOD GOOD CARE OF US. p.s. I AM ALSO THE ARTIST WHO CONTRIBUTED THE OWL MURAL IN THE LIVING, HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
