We are thankful for this home...as we look around - we think it's the BEST for us to own for and for you torent - it's just perfect!

A portion of the rental fees are put back into our home to make it more comfortable for your use.

It's an easy walk to the lifts. Our kids can ski in and ski out all day long. Both mountains (Navajo and Giant Steps) are now connected. On very Snowy days it is possible to walk a short distance up street and ski home.

There is a large separate ski area for beginners on Navajo and a fantastic children's ski school program. Most of our children took lessons here. Child care for younger children is also excellent at the resort. We have put our youngest child in there often. I honestly would not do that anywhere but in Brian Head! There is a giant snow tubing hill at the resort which is not to be missed. Snowmobile, ski/snowboard rentals are available at several locations very close to the condo.

Summer and fall - breathtaking views - fantastic hiking opportunities at Cedar Breaks National Monument (15 min. drive), Zion National Park including Kolob Canyon (1 1/2 hour drive), and Bryce Canyon National Park (1 1/2 hour drive). Great fishing at Panguitch Lake. Brian Head is also known for mountain biking. Mountain Biking Trails criss-cross the area and several biking events are held throughout the warmer seasons. The ski lifts stay in service carrying riders and their bikes up the mountain to access the downhill biking trails. There are biking tours with shuttles available from several operators in the area.

This home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with the town park, which has a small playground, just outside the front door and across the road. (This is also where the town bonfires and fireworks take place.) It is a spacious (approximately 1800 sq. ft. not including garage) two-story unit in a building with only 4 townhouse-style units.

We are friends with the three other homes in our area. Two of them are available for rent if you would like to come with other families.

                            We stayed here for three nights in Late March/Early April 2013. The description of the condo is pretty accurate, with a few caveats. Even though the photos show a garage, it is not usable for a renter. The owner stores their snowmobiles in the garage. It would have been nice to pull in and keep our car out of the snow. Also, although the condo is very close to the slopes, it is not ski-in and ski-out. You have to walk about 100 yards to the nearest lift. Not a big deal. The condo is very new and nice inside, nicely furnished. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Two of the three TVs have DirecTV; the third TV in the second upstairs bedroom only has a DVD player. The family room is a little small for a three bedroom unit. We only had 4 people, and it was fine. But with a large group, you would definitely not have enough seating for everyone. The ski passes work great, and save a lot of money. It was not clear that you need to bring all of your own shower soap and shampoo; I have rented quite a few condos, and these items are usually provided. So make sure to bring your own. There are very few restaurants in Brian Head. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and the pizza place. Both were excellent. Overall a great trip!

                            Owner response: Thanks Greg - glad you had fun!! Yes there are snowmobiles in the garage - that's a new thing! On snowy days you can definitely ski back to the condo. Chair 1 and chair 8 are a very short distance up the street. We are located next to the fire station.

                            Place was perfect for our family vacation to Brianhead. We fit comfortably with 5 of us and the townhome could hold another 3-4 people. Brianhead was great, townhome was perfect with all the amenities. I would recommend this townhome to everyone that plans a trip to Brianhead.

                            This house was perfect for our 2 families to stay. We cooked every morning for breakfast and every night for dinner. It was equiped with everything we needed. It's clean and updated. The fireplace in the living room was especially nice after a long day out in the cold. There are 2 chair lifts within a short walk or ski from the house. There is a small hill about 50 ft from the house for sledding. If you don't want to cook, there is a Mexican restaurant across the field from the house. It's a short walk on the road around the field or an even shorter walk across the field. The temperature in the house was easy to regulate. Each room has it's own small electric unit in addition to central heat for the whole house. The owner provided additional information that contained directions, tips and tricks for the area and instructions for the house. And the owner made themselves available for any questions during our stay. Overall, it was an great experience. We had never been to Brian Head before, but we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend tubing at Navajo!

                            Look no further! The location of this townhome is as desirable as it gets in Brianhead. The home itself is very welcoming and comfortable. Everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. We have stayed in Brianhead a few times and our family agrees that this is the place we will rent from now on. FYI-George's Ski Shop is a convenient distance down the road and the staff there are always friendly and helpful.

                          About the owner: We love Brian Head. We owned a condo in the past here and it was SO HARD to lug all the gear and groceries up and down the stairs - especially with the altitude. Driving right in the driveway is SIMPLY AMAZING. I have been in many rentals up here - ours is fully stocked - everything works - the kitchen is fully stocked - please see details.
