Nice white sandy uncrowded beaches. Small quaint resort...only 15 units.. This unit is the only one at the wave resort with the beach view...you overlook the beach access so there can never be construction there. Your Frenchdoors open from your large living room onto a spacious balcony where you can watch the sunset, cook out on private grill, [shared grill and seating in heated pool area] enjoy a cocktail and nature or people watch.
You have 2 separate entrances... Makes for more privacy when sharing with other couple because there is a front and back porch with plenty of seating and privacy off each entrance.
Famous john's pass village and boardwalk is a short walk and includes hundreds of unique shops, restaurants, ice cream, candy, cigar bar. Music and dancing, karaoke, comedy hall of fame,dolphin watching, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals,day and evening casino cruises,parasailing, and just about anything you can think of at all at your fingertips. Treasure island is also within walking distance.
You are close to Clearwater and St. Petersbug beaches. 45 min to Tampa and only 1 hour 15 min to the Disney/Orlando area.
All furnishings are new and we supply beach chairs and towels, rafts, pool noodles, sand toys, umbrella, also fully stocked kitchen... So just pack up your clothes and leave the rest to us!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE LIVED IN THIS AND SURROUNDING AREAS FOR 25 YEARS AND I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS BEACH. IT IS NOT OVERCROWDED AND THERE IS NOT MUCH CONSTRUCTION. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY EYE ON THIS PLACE FOR YEARS AND IT FINALLY WENT UP FOR AUCTION. I WON THE FIRST AUCTION AND WAS GIVEN MY PICK AND THIS IS THE ONLY CONDO AT THIS RESORT WITH A DIRECT BEACH VIEW FROM YOUR LIVINGROOM AND FRONT DECK.
